Fully remodeled home with mini golf. No more California blackouts with our Tesla Powerwall battery back up. Free 2-220v level-2 EV charging at your convenience. Secluded and located in a farm area overlooking the San Gorgonio/San Bernardino National Forest/Big Bear mountains and yet just two miles away from the FWY 10. You will love the darkness and tranquility of rural life at night. Close to Oak Glen, Yucaipa, Redlands, Beaumont, Banning, San Jacinto wedding venues and outdoor activities.

The space
This gated property can accommodate 6 cars to assigned parking spaces and 20+ extra parking at the back vacant lot. This place is perfect for guests preparing for wedding and other occasions as well as for a group retreat.

Guest access
Entire house is accessible to guests for use.

We also have a separate guest house listing on the same compound that can accommodate up to 6 additional guests. It’s perfect for bride or groom wedding preparations, extended family, or groups who want to stay close while enjoying separate accommodations.

Both the main house and guest house can be rented separately and both offer their own private spaces and privacy, making it ideal for larger groups who want flexibility—or for smaller groups who prefer a standalone rental while still being nearby.

Other things to note
For other EV cars , make sure to bring different 220v adapter configurations to match your car to different outlets because EV cars got their own 220v outlet configurations.

Great Stay

I have booked this place multiple times for our work crew when we have jobs out in the desert areas. They always enjoy staying there. It’s clean and spacious. It is just as described, nice quiet area. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with.

Hi Jayme, Our listing description, fees, and messages clearly state a pet fee per pet, per night. You did not declare or pay for your pets, and it appears you are confused about the charges, even though they were clearly itemized in the VRBO charges. You are upset that you were charged the pet fee at checkout. We charged you based on what we see on the exterior cameras. Next time, please declare and pay for your pets during booking and not try to get away with your pet fees.

Comfortable stay

I have booked this house several times for our work crew to stay in while working in the area. They really like it and enjoy all the space inside and outside. It’s always clean and check-in is easy. Management is very responsive as well.

We stayed as extended family for a little reunion while attending a funeral. Perfect for large groups

Husband and work crew stayed there while working in the area for a week. They were happy and said it felt like they were staying in a resort. Amazing property

We stayed here the night before our wedding with some of our bridal party and this was hands down the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and all the beds were comfortable and the yard is nice and big in the front and back as well. Fully fenced for dogs.

Funeral

This was a great place to stay, we enjoyed the rooters and cows from the surrounding homes. The neighborhood was quite and relaxing. My favorite thing was coffee out front in the early morning. This home provided everything we needed.

We have booked this property a couple of times for our work crew. They love it and say it feels like they are at a resort. Plenty of room, clean and comfy, updated. Excellent hosts and management company. Very responsive and helpful. Will definitely try to book again if we need lodging in that area.

Perfect Retreat for a Celebration weekend

We stayed at this home for my cousin’s birthday and were looking for a peaceful retreat to come back to after the festivities. This home was exactly what we needed! The location was convenient, and we were so grateful it accepted dogs.One thing to note for pet owners: if you have a small dog, you’ll need to keep an eye on them as the gates have gaps they could potentially slip through. Our larger dog had no issues and was perfectly safe.Overall, this was a great place to relax, with plenty of space for everyone and a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pet-friendly getaway!
