Esta es una hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños con 3 chimeneas. Cuenta con 2 suites de un dormitorio principal, un garaje para 2 autos, una piscina y una hoguera. Con un hermoso patio trasero, uno tiene mucho espacio para jugar. La casa está cercada. Hay sillas de piscina. Una mesa grande con capacidad para aproximadamente 8 personas se sienta afuera en el área trasera acompañada por una parrilla de gas y una parrilla de carbón. El total de asientos en la parte de atrás es de 15-20 personas.

Wedding weekend in Hemet

We enjoyed staying at this property for the size of the house, rooms and bathrooms for everyone and the pool. The proximity was perfect for all the wedding activities we had going on during our stay. We were a party of 5 adults (family) in town for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect setup with everything we needed during our stay. Communications with the host were easy and her replies were quick for anything we needed.

Ending to Perfect Vacation

We stayed at Napoli Way and it was the perfect way to end a California vacation. It was clean, and felt like home. Helen was awesome. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would stay again if ever in the area!!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

Napoli Way was a terrific home base for our California research trip. The house was well stocked, has a lovely backyard, and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside each day, and loved coming home to a pool after a hot day in the field- it was like having our own mini-resort! I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Hemet/San Jacinto area.

Perfect house for large groups

We rented this house for a group of 12. It was perfect! Three of the bedrooms had a private bathroom and the other bedroom had a bathroom right next to it. It worked perfect for our large group. Helen was awesome and very easy to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful family weekend

We were 2 couples over 55, a great grandma and a college sophomore. We came to Hemet/SanJacinto for a the wedding of our nephew. The house worked perfectly for our needs. It is as shown in the photos. There were only a couple minor glitches in that the information on VRBO website and on the PDF provided by the property manager were inconsistent with each other. We had a wonderful weekend and would stay here again!

Great relaxing home

Everything was pretty much as it was listed the only things that we would have liked is if the patio and swimming pool lights were working. Without a pool light or patio lights the kids couldn’t swim in the evening. Otherwise a great place. Helen was very nice and would respond very quickly to any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Couldn’t wait to leave!

Big very outdated house. There is not a single smart tv so You could only watch basic cable. Backyard pool Area is not welcoming. Down stairs Master bathroom shower had no shower curtain when I notified the owner I was told it didn’t need one but the picture on the website shows there is one. Not to mention there was curtain rod but no curtain. Water goes all over the bathroom you have to wipe it down including the toilet, very inconvenient. The place Felt more like we rented someone’s actual home and not a vacation home. The inside of the micowave had some food droppings inside. The tea kettle on the stove was never washed it had grease splats all over the exterior. We left a day early and couldn’t wait to leave. But of course we made the best of it.

Enjoyed ou Stay!!

My family and I, 7 adults and 1 infant, had a great time! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. This was the first time I rented a house, instead of staying at a hotel. We enjoyed everything about the house of course the pool was a bonus! The house was clean and supplied with everything thing we needed .. posts pans, utensils, large and small appliances, towels, ejtc. I would definitely rent this house again!

San Jacinto desert oasis

Pleasant home in the beautiful San Jacinto Valley, striking distance of Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, etc. Spacious home with comfortable yard and pool. Helen is very helpful and responsive as well. Would recommend!

Our family of 11 enjoyed their stay at this large and welcoming home. A few initial issues at the beginning led to a three star rating on this review. However, the owner, Helen, was prompt and courteous in responding to our concerns. Great for a large group!

Perfect Home for Gathering Together

Helen’s Napoli home is the perfect balance of luxuriously spacious and homey comfort. We had a group of 10 stay for a long weekend as we attended a nearby music festival. Everyone had so much room and privacy with plenty of big bedrooms, bathrooms, and cozy lounging areas. However, the home’s real gift is the way it brings everyone together in the heart of it’s space. We had a wonderful time playing music in the kitchen and cooking together while others enjoyed a movie in the den. There was a great connection between these spaces, along with the party-sized backyard, where we all congregated and really enjoyed being together. If you have a group of any size, this house just feels perfect! Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Super, super comfortable beds... we all slept so well! I would highly recommend booking this home for your next vacation. Helen is smart and attentive, answering any questions right away. Her personable nature made working together a pleasure! You can really feel the warmth of Helen and her family in this beautiful home.

Clean, spacious, comfortable.

Our family gathered in CA to attend our son's wedding. We had 9 adults and one baby. Each of us had comfortable beds to sleep in, plenty of towels and linens, bathrooms to spare (including hot water for all), and a well-stocked kitchen. And that is only a start to the perks we found with this house. As true to previous comments, Helen was great to work with. She was in touch and in tune with us from the start. Thanks Helen!

Beautiful home for our Ohana!

From the Pacific islands to the coast of Florida and everywhere in between - this Home provided comfort and a relaxed meeting place as family trickled in for a 75th birthday and Family reunion. Everyone had thier own space and everyone had thier own bathrooms! The backyard greeted guests with a large pool, large fire pit, plenty of seating and a grassy area where my niece and nephew tumbled around while the adults caught up on our crazy lives. The kitchen welcomed our Ohana to cook- cook- cook and cook more - it was fully stocked with pots/pans and loved cooking on the gas range! The dining room was used for making beautiful lei’s and we all chatted and enjoyed having an area to craft! Loved this home. Helen was great to work with and was over accommodating. Definitely will recommend this home for others to enjoy as a gathering place from near and afar. We average about 5 VRBO rentals a year and this is one of our top rated! Thank you again Helen for sharing your home. Mahalo!

Impressive focal point of our stay

I rented the Napoli home for a place for my side of the family to stay while attending my mother's 100 birthday party. We had seen the pictures and read the descriptions but the reality is that it was much more. Where do I start? Working with Helen was a delight. Every question we had was quickly answered. And the house... wow! The bedrooms are wonderful. All upstairs bedrooms have enough floor space for air mattresses besides the beds. The upstairs master bedroom is huge with a couch and love seat. We never lacked for hot water even with the five full bathrooms. My wife has a hard time with stairs... no problem... we claimed the downstairs master and were very comfortable. My son from TN said that the house was an unexpected treasure and he was right. When we told the rest of the family about it, they had to come over and see. The house became a gathering place and the house handled the added people with ease. They loved the many areas to sit and talk. Inside there are two separate seating areas... the living room and den. Outside there is a wonderful covered area with a large table and another round table and lots of chairs. One night we took advantage of the gas fire pit and stayed outside until 9 talking and "catching up". We hardly used any of the many TVs as we enjoyed the pool and the good assortment of table games. Can you tell we were well pleased with this offering? If we have need again in Hemet, I only hope you have not already rented this wonderful home!

Gorgeous Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Booked this vacation home for a family reunion. Everyone loved it. Had a problem at first with a malfunctioning thermostat, but the property manager got on it immediately and sent out a repairman to fix it on the spot. It's a bit far from most of the Southern California attractions, but it would be hard to beat if you want a large, spacious home to relax in.

This is a beautiful 4 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home with 3 fireplaces. It boasts of 2 master bedroom suites a 2 1/2 car garage, a swimming pool and a fire pit. With a beautiful backyard one has plenty of room to play. The home is fenced in. Pool is heated in winter months.
