Thank you for Staying with us at our 5 Star Lime Cottage.Noted you Were Very Comfortable in Lime Cottage & enjoyed your Stay.You Clearly Stated the only reason you gave a 3 Star because the 1st night you were placed in Lavender Cottsge which is also a 5 Star Rated Cottage.As I explained I had just returned from a 7 day break down the Garden Route & hence my Mistake.But was Soon Rectified the Next morning & Quickly moved you back into your Preferred Booked Lime Cottage.On leaving I specifically mentioned my Mistake which has never happened & asked you to overlook that aspect.Some people are Accommodating & Others Are not.Nothing was written in our Guest book which we Encourage our Guests to do.You Were offered our Professionalservice Weekly Weather updates Via What’s App & even a safe flight to Your next Destination & Weather at Destination for your last Week.I consider this 5 Star rating & 5 Star Service.99.9-% of our ratings are 5 Star so a small mishap that I corrected seemed Petty.We continue to Strive to reach perfection & have done so over our Busy Summer Season.Hope we see you back at our Centrally Situated 5 Star ⭐️ in Constantia next Year.Enjoy your last week in KZN

Thank you for Staying With us at Lime Cottage our 5 Star 146 Square Meters. 2 Double Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms on Suite.My Domestic was there to Welcome The Guests on Arrival.On my Arrival I welcomed the Guests & showed them where to Pool is & safe & Microwave & gas Hob. Showed them How to Switch on the Electric oven. Demonstrated it & switched it on. We had just got another Cottage Beds & Carpets Steamcleaned as well as Toppers.So I arranged for our Company to Steam Clean the Bedrooms before Their Son & his Wife Arrived. Unfortunately they arrives at 1pm & with Thorough Cleaning it Did not Dry in Time.I arranged & Paid for one Night accommodation at my expense to allow for Drying. Our last 2 Reviews were 5 Star. When Guests request anything I am Proactive & get things done the Next day when Possible.Lime Cottage is not advertised as Overlooking the Pool. Only Lemon & Lavender Cottage overlooks our 11X 5 Meter Solar Heated Pool for all Guests. My Staff are around to Open the Pool put up Umbrellas & recliner cushions on Request. We keep the Pool Covered for Solar water & as per Regulations to stop Evaporation. Guests love a Warmer Pool.Once we had Steamcleaned the 2 bedrooms Lime Cottage wa Back to it's Beautiful Most Popular Cottage. We get a Lot of Guests Returning annually.I stay on Whats App with all our Guests & give them updates on the Weather. Interesting Places & Restaurants & top Wine Farms to Visit. Also about Pre Booking Table Mountain tp Skip the Queues.We are Hands on

Easy access to a Solar Heated Pool with lots of Loungers & our Top Sundowner Deck with Amazing views of the Backdrop of Table Mountain & towards Stellenbosch. Lovely walks in the safe Greenbelt. Off the 30 square metre covered patio with State of the art Glass stacking doors i has a lovely 100 square metre Lawn ideal to lounge in the Sun. Hi Lime Cottage is a Spacious 5 Star Cottage 146 Square meters which is Fully equipped with Everything. 2 Double Bedrooms with the Best Comfortable Beds & 2 bathrooms on Suite.Fully equipped Open Plan French Style Kitchen onto a 6 seater Dining room & a Comfortable Lounge with a Large HD TV with a Full Bouquet DSTV.The 30 square Metre Covered Patio with State of the Art Stacking doors overlooking a 100 suare meter Lawn in a Manicured Garden which allows you to Relax on any of the Four recliners with Cushions.The patio has a Lovely 6 Seater Table & Chairs for Fine Dining with lovely Lighting.Also are 2 Comfortable chairs on the patio overlooking the Garden.Choice of 2 Barbeques either a Webwe or barrel.This Lime Cottage is Loved by most of our Guests they come back annually.The Large 11x5 Solar Heated Pool is on the West side of the property & advertised like that.Short 2 Minute Walk to the Pool with 12 Recliners & 4 large Umbrella's in a Wind free area.For Sundowers up the Spiral Staircase next to the Pool is well used by my Guests with Views of The Backdop of Table Mountain & Stellenbosch Mountains.The Pool & sundower deck was used extensively by my Guests.The Location of LeBonheur & Lime Cottage is Centrally Situated to all the top beaches Wine Estates & all the popilar Tourist spots in & around Cape Town.A real Gem in a quiet Secure enviroment. Our last Guests have already booked for Next Year.
