The sleeping accommodations include two Queen beds upstairs (1 bed is a cozy floor mattress in the Den, see pics), a dedicated kids` room with a twin bed, and a Joybird full-size pullout couch in the downstairs office space.

Set in a favored Portland district, you`ll be spoilt for choice. Satisfy your taste buds at local restaurants, indulge in retail therapy at charming shops, or explore the outdoors with nearby biking trails, hiking paths, and kayaking spots.

Saturday Delights:
Begin your weekend by taking a relaxed stroll to the lively Farmer`s Market from June to November, just a short 5-10 minutes away. Immerse yourself in Portland`s renowned food cart scene, indulging in a diverse array of delicious treats. Enhancing your stay, live music venues bring a vibrant touch to the experience.

In case of Cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover the payment transfer costs.

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
