Sufficient beds and baths to give each guest privacy, but plenty of community space to allow for time together. The outdoor space is definitely the highlight of the home. ❝ There are not enough adjectives to describe how spectacular HOHZO On the River is. From the very first interaction with Sean and his team to the moment you have to sadly leave, you will be amazed. Sean, Melissa, and Nick immediately respond to inquiries and needs and ensure your experience is beyond five-star. The home is spacious, immaculate, and spread out enough so that you can retreat for some quiet time if you don’t want to partake in the huge kitchen and family room, game and movie room, or lounge by the biggest pool I have ever seen in a rental property. The waterfall, lazy river, and misters kept us cool on the string of 106 degree days Phoenix was experiencing while we were there. My family and I travel to the Phoenix area every year, and will definitely be staying at this magnificent property again. ❞

❝ This property is incredible, no other way to put it! Big open spaces to gather and hang out and the floor plan is very well designed. The kitchen and living room area are open with a huge sliding door that opens to the patio, so that was perfect for our group to be social and cook meals together, and there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms tucked away in various sections of the house for those who want some quiet time or when we were calling it a night.

The backyard and pool area are the star of the show though. The pool is beautiful with plenty of space, and has a bar area that’s built into the ground so you’re at the same level as people in the pool. There’s also a nice fire pit area, outdoor grill, and some games, so it basically has something for everyone. The Hozho concierge also organized our rental golf clubs for us which was super convenient.

They had all the little things covered as well like cookware / dishes / towels. Just a fantastic experience❞
