This gorgeous Gulf front and lakeside 1 bed / 1 bath beachfront condo in Pinnacle Port boasts gorgeous views of the beach and is nestled in a community that offers 2 pools {1 that is partially heated in the winter!}, tennis courts, playground, access to Lake Powell {Florida's largest coastal dune lake} and just minutes from 30A ! Bring your kayaks & paddleboards or rent them at Camp Helen State Park next door! This gated resort borders Carillon Beach & Camp Helen! *Enjoy 30A without 30A prices!
Parking: In your Welcome Guide {you will receive 3 days prior to check-in}, you’ll receive a registration link for SymLiv to prepay for parking. The fee is $30 plus tax, and completing this step is required before arrival. Once registered, you’ll receive a QR code and PIN for access.
We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon, coolers and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the condo for you.
Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.
Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
