Pinnacle Port Oceanfront First Floor Condo-C3 building-Book for Spring

Welcome to Pinnacle Port! .
A quiet little corner of the world featuring beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear waters. This family-friendly condo in the C-3 building (mid-rise) is located on the 1st floor for easy access to the beach and parking lot located in a gated community with 24 hour security. The living room features a high definition TV and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and ocean view. The second bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with corian countertops. The unit features balcony to capture sunrise to sunset. The condo has three two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Renters must be 25 or older.

Pinnacle Port has much to offer our guests. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Outdoor sports include four shuffleboard courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. There are outdoor grills available for your use with some picnic tables. There is also a children’s playground on site. Canoes, kayaks and a paddleboat for use on Lake Powell are available. A marina and boat slip is also available for guests. Fishing off the docks is available with a Florida fishing license.

Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. There is shopping on Market Street including a spa and restaurants. There is also live seasonal entertainment in downtown Carillon.

This resort is close to 30A with great shopping and amazing restaurants or just minutes into Panama City and Pier Park Shopping and entertainment. It is located just 20 minutes from Northwest Beaches International Airport.

We absolutely loved this condo and its location! Walk right out and we were on the beach! Everything was clean and convenient! We plan to book this location again!! The amenities were great and we had perfect weather the entire time! This is going to be a regular place for us to visit!! Only one bad thing and that is that we had to leave!!

Wonderful location and a great condo!

We've stayed at Pinnacle Port for many years, but this is our favorite condo. Plenty of room, and comfortable beds, well-equipped and right on the ocean. Highly recommend!

Annual Fall Break Trip

Place is wonderful. Have been visiting PP annually for over a decade with our family and friends. Condo was super clean and accommodating. We are going to make this our condo of choice for all upcoming trips.

We love staying at Pinnacle Port. The condo was excellent - very well stocked. Communication with the owner was seamless. Love being on the west end of the beach!!!

Perfect stay!

Came to Pinnacle Port for a family reunion. This unit was so clean, well appointed kitchen, great beds. Loved everything about it! We had a wonderful time! Host was very kind and communicative!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carillon beach/pinnacle port! We loved being on the ground floor and walking right out to the beach! The views were amazing. And Carolyn is so wonderful and helpful! Would definitely book again!

Best beach vacay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was our first time to Panama City Beach and I was a little nervous about the “spring breakers” and crowds…this was the opposite of that. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The views and accessibility to the beach cannot be beat. We would love to come back and stay again.

Quality condo and location for family getaway

Having stayed in a lot of beach condos in the 30A and PCB areas, this place was great. Lovely condo exactly as described, and a nice beach. Good food nearby, super close to Publix, but feels isolated. Highly recommend to couples, families, etc. No complaints at all.

The beach was right there. The walk was so short. It was nice and not crowded at all. Liked the quiet and privacy at the beach and condo but liked that it was not far from Pier Park and other attractions in PCB.

The property is kept VERY clean

I never saw any trash/litter the whole week. You could walk right past dumpsters and only smell the ocean breeze! It is a short walk to the ocean or a pool.

Family friendly and beach very private

This condo is perfect to get away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to entertainment and restaurants if you need to get out. Our family of 5 enjoyed that the beach was not at all crowded for the July 4th week, and loved that there was nothing next to us for quite a ways because the condo is located right next to camp Helen state park. Beautiful, quiet, beach get away. Carolyn was awesome to work with! Highly recommend

Fall retreat

Pinnacle Port has been a family favorite for years. My parents stay Oct, Nov, and Dec. My kids and I usually try to visit them over Thanksgiving break. This year, I decided to try to get my own condo, since my sister and niece were visiting also. This condo was perfect for us! In the same building as my parents, which makes it easy with the kids. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed without feeling cluttered and with enough space to put our things. We love the closeness to the beach and everything we need. My kids did hate that the playground was torn down, but hopefully there are plans for a new one.

Great location

This property is in the same gated community as Carillon Beach, so we had some trouble finding it at first. The beach is beautiful, with lots of shells for kids to collect. This condo was perfect for parents and 2 kids. Large place with a full kitchen which has everything you need if you want to cook. They even have 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning. Location not far from 30A or Panama City, depending on what you want to do. The only complaints I have are that the shower curtains were dirty/mildewy, otherwise very clean. There was also a cigarette smell, but that probably came from neighbors. Highly recommend!

We love PCB

Our stay was as enjoyable as ever. The condo is very well maintained and fully stocked with all essentials and some extras. My husband loved the new recliners and we really appreciated the use of the chairs and umbrella set up for us everyday. The owner is great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful!
