This cozy, self-contained one-bedroom suite sits on a quiet residential street in East Vancouver's Renfrew-Collingwood, a comfortable and easygoing place to land after a day out. It's a great fit for a couple or a solo traveller, with a queen bedroom, a full kitchen, and in-suite laundry that makes longer stays simple.

Cook a proper meal in the full kitchen, which comes with a stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and all the basics, then relax in the open dining and living area with a TV. Central heating keeps things warm on cooler days, and portable fans help on warm ones. A private entrance with your own keypad means you can check in on your own schedule any time after 3 PM.

You're about a 10-minute walk to Nanaimo SkyTrain Station on the Expo Line, so downtown is a quick, car-free hop, and roughly 15 minutes away by car. Plenty of free street parking sits right outside, and the neighbourhood is quiet, walkable, and well connected by transit.

The property is clean and cozy. It is located around 10min away from two Skytrain stations taking you straight into downtown Vancouver. Everything about out stay was perfect and Joe the host was always available. There is also a washing machine and dryer combo available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

We had a great stay. They had a washer and dryer which was very convenient and a very nice kitchen. We were super comfortable and the area we were in made us feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay in Vancouver

I enjoyed my stay. Location is good with minimal traffic and close to everything. Place had everything we needed and the neighbourhood was quiet and had lots of space for parking. Communication was clear and it was easy to get hold of the host. I would stay here again!

This was a great little place to stay for our first time in Vancouver. It had all the amenities we needed and was nice and clean. It was also very easy to communicate with the host and to get into the space once we arrived! The train and bus stops were about a 10 minute walk away, which worked for us.

Great location and it had everything we needed!

Great check-in process, great communication with the host, and very thorough amenities. Was just what we needed for our visit to Vancouver. It's a short walk to the sky train station which made getting around very easy.

We came during World Cup week, so prices were high when we booked. The photos online made the living area looked more spacious than it actually felt. The suite was clean. While we had good and helpful communication with the owners, our primary contact was Joe, who manages the property. He was unhelpful when we asked for things like cable access to watch the World Cup. When I asked for hangers and dishwasher soap, he was no help. When I asked for him to repair the broken towel rack, he did not respond and I purchased those items. When we were able to speak directly to the owners, they resolved our issues, but we did not feel well serviced with Joe. Overall, we wished these minor items were immediately tended to, instead of by happenstance when we saw the owners. There were also little details that could have been addressed before we arrived: replenished tea, removal/replacement of broken items, and repairing the towel rack.

Great choice to stay in Vancouver. Place is close to a transport stations (if you are without a car), calm and beautiful community. Amazing garden on premises❤️ Clear instructions about accommodation policies. It was our first time in Vancouver and it was amazing in all meanings. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good value, located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Check-in instructions were quite poor - door code was provided, but no indication of where the rental unit was located on the property. No signage to indicate the rental unit's location, either. We arrived in the evening, and reached out to the owner for assistance. The owner was unreachable until morning. Would recommend providing more thorough check-in instructions ahead of time for future renters. Great amenities in-suite, with dishwasher, laundry, and full kitchen available. We were not provided any hand soap in the bathroom, thus had to use our own. A large amount of noise in the morning from upstairs, so beware if you require a sleep-in. The next guest arrived before our check-out time, leaving no time for suite cleaning between rentals - somewhat concerning.

Cozy Place

Loved the location and the unit. Unit was very clean and homey. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were excellent. The sitting area is a bit small, but it worked ok for us. Linens were good quality, and unit is equipped with the basic essentials to do own cooking which is important to us. Host is friendly and accommodating.

Nice Spot

This was a nice little 1 bedroom suite in a good location.Reason I gave 3 stars was due to an issue with the hot water in the shower it would only last 5 or 6 minutes then go cold. I think they may need a new hot water tank.
