Welcome to this pristine 3-bedroom 2 bath Designer CAMDEN model in the fantastic Village of Virgina Trace. Great Home & Location

We stayed for a week visiting family in The Villages for Christmas. The house is very nice, and the host attentive and helpful. If you are looking for a home near Lake Sumter Landing, then I highly recommend this property.

Sumter Landing

Very clean home with a well furnished kitchen and outside grill. This home is in a fabulous location close to a pool, pickleball courts, shuffle board and other outdoor activities. Very walkable to Sumter Landing.

This property is amazing! And the host’s responsiveness was outstanding. The location to Sumter Landing is less than 2 miles. Easy by foot or by golf car that is included in rental. We did travel to other squares but loved Lake Sumter the best. The house is meticulous. This host provides all paper products which we appreciated immensely and do not see often in other VRBO. The beds were very comfortable. Shower in master was wonderful. Kitchen has all that is needed and provides many glassware options for drinks. There is two baths and three bedrooms. We had a total of two couples and feel that is enough as no one had to share a bathroom. That was inportant to us. Shared Living space options is also great with a large dining area, large living area and an added outside screened in porch. Lovely. We were literally 250 steps to one pool and 550 to the other one - making it very easy to walk. Restaurants at Sumter Landing were great in variety and quality. Music is played every night and everyone is up dancing. Fun to watch and partake. It does get pretty busy all days of the week. Great walking areas too. Our group walked about 7-10 miles a day through neighborhoods. Golf course selection was plentiful even though we did not do it. Traveling around in golf cart is fun but takes a little adjusting to the paths, etc. definitely must use the Villages app with GPS for golf carts- a must! All in all, this property is amazing and the hosts are responsive. Thx

A Great Month...a Great Place

First of all, Cynthia was outstanding to work with prior to our arrival and during our stay. Responsive to questions and just a genuinely nice person.Because of allergies, we had asked that the house be cleaned with fragrance free cleaners. Same with towels. Cynthia was so understanding and made it happen.The house is simply wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, the location great and having the golf cart was icing on the cake.Thank you for a wonderful stay !Tom & Sue
