Modern beachside condo suite. Enjoy the beach view from your 3rd floor balcony. Small beachside pool. Small quant and quiet complex. Well appointed kitchen. Just bring your luggage. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Close to restaurants and attractions. Covered parking first come basis. Per condo rules no pets or smoking. Booking limited to 25 and older. Two persons per unit only.
The space
Condo suite with well appointed kitchen including counter top two burner convection portable unit for more counter space. Queen bed, all electric reclining love seat, 55” ceiling mount Smart Fire TV. Bath with walk in shower. Beach amenities: towels, chairs, cooler, and beach bag.
Guest access
Beachside pool.
On site coin laundry, ATM, and small vending machines with personal care items, laundry, drinks and snacks on the second floor. Gas and charcoal grilling area.
And of course direct access to the BEACH.
Other things to note
Coffee maker uses coffee pods 6 are provided along with cream and sugar.
Cable TV and wifi.
Linen service during your stay.
55” Smart Fire TV: select HDMI 2 input for cable TV. Then use the big remote to change channels.
