The Space:

The heart of Casa Aguila is its dramatic dining area. A custom 12-seat Guanacaste wood table opens onto a 10-meter terrace and the infinity pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows span two stories, blending interiors with the surrounding natural beauty and offering panoramic views where sky and ocean meet. The “Eagle Wing” design ensures refreshing breezes circulate through the common areas, which are naturally ventilated and complemented by ceiling fans.



The open-concept ground floor boasts a spacious living room, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an entertainment room with a 70-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen’s quartz waterfall island doubles as a breakfast bar, while sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor terrace with additional dining and lounge spaces.
