Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is tucked away in the historic west side Carson City, NV. It is located within walking distance to downtown local restaurants, bars, casinos and museums. Enjoy strolling through the neighborhoods gorgeous, unique historical homes on your way downtown to the restaurants, etc. We are centrally located just 20 miles from picturesque Lake Tahoe, historic Virginia City and Reno.

Best little Cottage ever

This place is awesome- super sweet little cottage surrounded by beautiful gardens. It’s right across the street from the Governor’s mansion in an incredible historic area of town. Teena is the best, we couldn’t hope for a kinder host, & a terrific communicator . We will definitely stay here again

Cozy cottage getaway

The cozy cottage is tucked away in a peaceful remote area of historic Carson city surrounded by beautiful mansions and a lovely older neighborhood. It is a quiet getaway. I look forward to returning. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The hostess is friendly, kind, communicative, and helpful in every way.

Cozy Cottage

Super great host! Sweet as could be. Everything was perfectly wonderful. The only thing maybe if you’re planning to cook, I’d pack a chopping knife. We had veggies to chop and it was a little hard to do with steak knife. But everything was lovely. Would stay again. Thank you Teena!

Cozy cottage and centrally located

My wife and I stayed the whole Christmas week at Teena's cozy cottage. The cottage is centrally located as we explored the whole Lake Tahoe area, Reno, Gardnerville and Minden and of course Carson City. The cottage depicted in the pictures and as described is pretty accurate. The welcoming snacks and bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long 8 hour drive. I had the opportunity to briefly speak with Teena while there. She is a friendly and very nice host. She also accommodated a small request that I asked for before we arrived. The price and accomodation for two adults fit our budget nicely for an 8 day stay.

Our stay was perfect. The cottage was very pretty and satisfied every need you could possibly have. The location was wonderful. Right in the middle of Carson City's historic district and perfect for long walks. The owner was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this rental.
