The place was nice. The pool very clean, nice fenced in area. Grass was not mowed. They mowed on the last day we checked out. Not enough utensils or plates. Suggest bringing plastic wear, handwashing soap, and towels.

Nice home in a good neighborhood.

Communication with host was wonderful. Always got a quick response to my questions. Home is in a nice area. It was too cold to use the pool but there were plenty of lounge chairs. Kitchen was well equipped and there were tide pods for the laundry. Plenty of towels. WiFi was reliable! Appre

Natural disaster

Unable to stay no power, fence down.tornado damage. Traveling with baby and dog. Host didn’t contact us and let us know what was happening saw photos of damage from storm on instagram! Had to contact host to see if power. No info on what we should do finally told us to cancel for refund. Don’t know what property looked like never saw.

Wasted Potential

This place has the potential to be amazing. Great house with a great kitchen. Location has lots to offer. The furniture is odd and there's not enough places to sit and eat for the amount of the people the house accommodates. The problem is the management and upkeep of the house. Upon arrival management had "overlooked" our stay. The interior doorknob pulled off as soon as we got there. Notified management. Nothing came of it. The house was not clean. The walls are disgusting. There were obvious body prints everywhere, drips of grease and other unknown substances in almost every room and fecal matter in the walls in the bathrooms. The grass was over grown and the pool had too much algae to swim. The bedding had blood and urine stains. When these things were pointed out to management they blamed us for complaining about things that "just happen" sometimes. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay in the Houston area. The pictures do not reflect the current state of the home.
