This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo on the 5th floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and accommodations for up to 4 guests. The living room of the condo has 2 geometric patterned sofas in green and red with a matching red floor lamp and dark teak wood coffee table. The wall above the sofa has a wall mounted gold sun shaped mirror that really brightens up the room. There is a matching ottoman near the sliding glass arcadia doors that open to the terrace and a media unit on the opposite wall. The media unit is loaded with a large TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. In addition the condo has high speed wireless internet so you can upload pictures to Face Book and you never have to miss an email. In the kitchen there are white ceramic tiled counter tops with black appliances and fully stocked cabinets and drawers. You will find all the items needed to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a counter bar off the kitchen lined with bar stools for casual dining. In the bedroom there is a king size gold metal framed bed with a white duvet that has aquamarine blue geometric shapes. Each side of the bed has its own circular pedestal table with a reading lamp and a dresser with a TV on the opposite wall. There is a wall mounted picture above the bed of a beautiful beach scene and a bay view window on the right side of the bed. The room also has a large double mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The master bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a private shower, tub and commode.

The terrace has a table and chairs. The terrace would be the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a cold beer or frozen margarita while you feel the warm ocean air kiss your skin.
