• You will be required to review, sign & send back a rental agreement / liability waiver within 48 hours after you book the property... if you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and request that we cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty. If you do not send back within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.

POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB:

For community amenities, there is a $25 per person charge paid directly to the Pointe West Beach Club. This allows you access to all amenities for the duration of your stay.
