The Neighborhood:

Thanks to its handy location just feet from the beach, you can take leisurely walks, swim in the pools, and eat at the on-site eateries. This property is within a short drive from Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium. A quick drive will also take you to some of the area's top restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses. The property is in an excellent area in Myrtle Beach!

Please treat this as your own condo as it is a privately owned property rather than a hotel room. Although no one always resides on-site, we will do our best to resolve any difficulties as soon as they arise. This room does not allow smoking.

It really wasn’t a ocean view. I guess they feel look hard enough. You can see way past the pool and everything else to see a little bit of the ocean, but definitely not a ocean view and have roaches. I definitely won’t be staying there again.

We enjoyed the location and easy access to the beach. Unfortunately our experience with check-in was over complicated thru the management company and required us to change travel plans to accommodate going to a separate site to obtain “verification.” We weren’t told that the dishwasher was broken and saw a sign on it upon arrival. Having stayed at numerous other properties we were not impressed with the cleanliness or overall state of this condo and highly recommend the owners/property management team invest some time and energy back into it.

The AC unit wouldn’t work properly. We had 3 fans going most of the time to just stay cool. The beach view was nice although it was from the side of the building. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were extremely warm. It was a nice stay.

Changed place to Oceans One Rm 704. The place was dated. The sliding door's lock was broken, the living rm chair was warn and dirty looking, although clean..The microwave handle was broken at the bottom, so needed to be careful with opening. The guest shower had black mold, needs to be cleaned with Clorox spray. all else was good, views were great. Just needs a little updating and deep cleaned....

The condo definitely looked nicer on the website..I would give the cleaning person a 1 star scuff marks on walls dirty tissues under beds along with dust bunnies...broken furniture couch was so uncomfortable to sit on...ant traps or some type of bug traps throughout the whole place..broken dishwasher .. not the right wrist bands for pool...no restaurant or lounge like was advertised..wifi didnt work...TV kept freezing one TV in big bedroom didnt work well at all no extra toilet paper or towels unless u wanted to pay a fee..we were asked to leave pool till we got the right wristbands...which luckily a nice security guard got us cause I was told by owner they would get with team and get back to us

My stay was 11 days in the off season. The unit was very clean and welcoming. The only thing I noticed wrong was the seat of one of the dining room chairs was loose. I notified the host & got an immediate response! She was very attentive and checked to see if everything was ok periodically but not excessively. The view was good for the location. It was off season so a lot of the shops were closed along with the hotel restaurant. But very peaceful no problems at all. I would stay again!
The master view was beautiful to wake up to!
Off season meant VIP access to the beach!
Everything I needed was here!

Ocean so close to condo!

The Palace is oceanfront. Nice pools, bar and grill, hot tub and sauna. Large condo. Very clean. Very nice kitchen and fully stocked. Granite counter tops. Nice tile floor throughout condo. Very comfortable beds. Big Fish rental agency very responsive.

Birthday Trip

Property was nice and what was advertised. Really only slept in unit as we were busy all day. Building is in older part of town and business next door had tenants that were somewhat disruptive at night (no one's fault). Queen bed was uncomfortable for two people as you both rolled to the middle and additional blankets would have been great to have. Overall great place for the money spent.

Worn down property

We stayed in 2nd floor unit, it is pretty worn down. Paint is chipping all over. I have never seen microwave chip before. Baseboards are nasty dirty. Things are rusty. Bathrooms are very tight, dont even have towel hanging hook. Location is good easy access to beach and pool.

PLACE NEXT TO ELEVATOR

UPON CHECKING IN AT DOOR OF ROOM, THE CODE WAS INACCURATE. IT WAS LATE AND I WAS TIRED AND THIS WAS EXTREMELY IRRATATING. THE CODE INCLUDED THE POUND SIGN #, BUT NO SUCH # ON KEY PAD. I FOUND FOOD UNDER COUCH. BED SIZE INCORRECT AND I NEEDED ANOTHER BLANKET.

Well don’t know where to start, first of all we booked our stay through VRBO and all was fine then the day of arriving at the condo they charged us a security deposit that we were not made aware of at all, so we dealt with that. Then we were told we had 1 hr to report any damages or issues within the condo otherwise we would be held accountable, so we walk in to a condo full of roaches everywhere!!! Then we did our walk through and took over 50 photos of issues and damages, including blood stains in the bathrooms in my kids room and our bedroom which was disgusting. Meanwhile we reported all of this and absolutely nothing was done about it through our stay. We drove over 10hrs for our family vacation and we were offered nothing for any of these issues, and we didn’t have the means to go anywhere else. So we just had to deal with it. Do not stay here Also couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help us either. I could go on but you get the point.

The resort features inside water features such a pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, as well as an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a fitness center and easy on-site parking that saves you from having to cross the road. A full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, range hood, and a small table for eating are included in every condo.
