This thoughtfully designed waterfront home features bright open living spaces filled with natural light and comfortable gathering areas ideal for relaxing after a day on the water. The well-planned kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining, creating an inviting space for memorable moments together. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, the home includes two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for added privacy, along with two additional bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

Outside, enjoy true waterfront living with a perched beach and dock access suitable for boats up to 24'. The landscaped yard offers plenty of space to unwind outdoors, complete with a Solo Stove firepit and seating areas designed to take full advantage of the water views and peaceful surroundings.

Located in desirable Braun Bay in Moultonborough NH, this property provides convenient access to all that the Lakes Region has to offer while maintaining a private waterfront setting ideal for relaxation.

Great week with three families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very lovely location and wonderfully appointed kitchen. The whole house was very modern and clean. Kids loved sandy beach and swimming from one buoy to the next. Big dining room table for family dinners.

Beautiful home, tough for boats & privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is stunning & comfortable, but Braun Bay is party central. At least 15 boats across the bay competing for the loudest music. The bay is also VERY shallow and rocky which is tough for boaters, even a pontoon. I had to dock offsite.

The location was fantastic, the home was gorgeous, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making it a great place to stay. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed, the bathrooms were stunning, and the entire home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would have given this property a near-perfect review based on the house itself.Our only concern was the docking situation, which we feel was not adequately disclosed in the listing. If it weren't for a neighbor who came outside to help us, we could have found ourselves in a very difficult and potentially unsafe situation. While following the limited directions provided on the owner's map, our boat became stuck twice and hit rocks. We ultimately had to shut the boat off and manually walk it in to reach the dock.We strongly feel the listing should clearly state that dock access can become extremely challenging depending on water levels. Guests who book a waterfront property and plan to bring a boat expect the dock to be reasonably accessible and usable. If fluctuating water levels can make access difficult or hazardous, that should be prominently disclosed so guests can make an informed decision before booking.Again, the house itself was absolutely beautiful and one of the nicest vacation homes we've stayed in. We just believe the dock conditions and potential access issues need to be communicated more clearly to future guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our vacation was wonderful. The home is beautiful and located on a nice level lot. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. We also enjoyed picking the wild blueberries on the property. The fire pit was the highlight of the outdoors. We enjoyed many bonfires in the evenings. Thought having to buy a fire permit was rather ridiculous since the owner of the property has one. Our biggest complaint was the boat dock. We brought our boat and rented a pontoon boat that would easily fit the dock. But we were never made aware of how shallow and rocky the area to get to the dock is. We had to actually get in the water and push the boat into the dock. It was rather disappointing. A few other small issues are the quality of the sheets and towels provided-way below hotel quality. The washcloth was like a baby one. And would be nice if there was a lock on the half bath door.

Beautiful, Secluded Winnipesaukee Dream House

Additionally the property binder at the house is meticulously organized, making it easy for guests to familiarize themselves with the property. The house itself is extremely well-designed, built, and appointed. From the WiFi to the BBQ grill, everything just works great. The kitchen and laundry equipment is fantastic and makes for an extremely comfortable stay. The lot, which situates the house in such a way that the lake wraps around the house, is one-in-a-million. The location was perfect for our family-- extremely secluded but also a short drive to food and other essentials. It's just an astonishing property, a real dream house on a unique part of the lake.
