Family Friendly house with lakefront views surrounded by trees

Welcome to our family's "Happy Place". We hope you, your family and friends can create wonderful memories here.

A family home with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (all ensuite) 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 kids bedroom on the 1st floor and downstairs one Queen bedroom. The master bedrooms have sliders to the deck and the open plan living area has Panoramic doors that open onto the deck overlooking the lake. We are located in Winter Harbor in Wolfeboro, NH. The small association beach area is steps from our house. The Community mostly use Golf Carts to get to and from the beach area. The sunsets are amazing from the large deck overlooking the harbor and beach.

Only 2 miles to Downtown Wolfeboro - Many Shops, Restaurants, Breweries, Boat Launches, Museums , Trails, etc. We are 35 mins drive to a large ski mountain called Gunstock. Spend the day skiing and then come back to the house and relax in the outdoor hot tub under the stars or in front of the cozy fireplace. This house truly is a year round vacation destination.
Come relax in this quiet Lake setting, and see all that Wolfeboro and the Lakes Region has to offer!

Wifi and Smart TV set-up (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.), Central A/C and Forced Air throughout.
We do not have a dock slip but there is a designated area for picking up/dropping off only. Boats cannot be left unattended there.

Spectacular Week on the Lake!

This was our third year renting this property and as usual all was perfect! The deck has stunning lake views, the house is clean and cozy and they have thought of everything you may need. The kids loved the lake and paddle boarding! The location is perfect with a short drive to downtown Wolfeboro :) Thank you for another week of fun summer memories!

First family vacation

This rental was everything we hoped for & advertised. To sit on the deck & watch the sunsets with family around was beautiful and relaxing. The house was so comfortable and had everything needed. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Amazing Lakefront Property

This house and property were perfect for our family vacation. The house is well maintained and fully equipped with all the kitchen stuff you need, lots of towels, comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, indoor and outdoor games, including corn hole, and beach gear. Our favorite areas were the screened-in porch and back deck. It is only steps from the lake and HOA beach area. The owner and property manager were very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. All of the neighbors were welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walking, and the lively downtown area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir/clothing stores is under 2 miles away with plenty of parking.

Perfect Lake Retreat

This was our second year staying here and it was another wonderful week. The house is stunning and so clean and well stocked. The view of the lake is the most special part of the house and sitting out there to watch the sunset was a favorite part of our trip! The location is so great, with just a short ride to Wolfeboro Center and a very short walk to the beaches and dock. The beds are super comfortable so we were able to rest well and truly relax. Communication with host was great and questions are answered quickly. Our family enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, exploring the lake and just hanging out at the house as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect week with beautiful View!

We had a wonderful week here with family! Everything is so thoughtfully organized so you don’t have to think too much while on vacation. The house is so beautiful and clean.. the beds are super comfortable.. and the deck is huge and perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset! Steps to the beach and short drive into town.. any questions were quickly answered although not many required as there is so much helpful info provided in advance! Already hoping to book for next year! Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect summer vacation at an amazing spot

What can I say. This was a perfect setting for a summer vacation…..wonderful place to set new family memories. The house was immaculate and had every kitchen amenity you would want. Personal touch

We had a lovely week of skiing in Leigh-Ann's home! It was perfect for our family. The house has AMAZING views, great location and well stocked amenities that make it so very welcoming. They added holiday decorations and a welcome basket that helped us to feel in the holiday spirit while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed the local ski resorts and loved the local restaurants. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after a day of skiing and the sunset view from the hot tub was incredible. It was evident that even small details were considered to help make guests experience better. For example, they have ample hooks around the house and near hot tub for hanging towels, robes etc. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond and were extremely helpful with any questions we had. The personal touches made us feel like we were staying at friend's house instead of a rented property. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Lake House Vacation

This property is very special. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. My husband and I were looking for a lake house experience in a beautiful pristine setting, and this home checked every box! The heated floors in the bathroom was special, as was the super comfortable bed. We had sweeping views of the lake and the outdoor space was just perfect. Recliners with comfortable cushions to padded chairs and a sofa to relax, play scrabble, knit, read or nap! This was the perfect home, the perfect location and the most perfectly equipped home. The kitchen was filled with every gadget, pot, pan, appliance and convenience that we could ever want. The home was immaculately kept, and we took care of this home like it was ours. Smart TVs were most appreciated as well. The property manager Evelyn-Grace was also quite special. She provided us with places to eat, and other information about the wonderful town of Wolfeboro. Everything about this holiday was perfect. We relaxed, we ate, we drank we slept and we caught up with ourselves and each other. An absolutely perfect lake house for our vacation needs. Absolutely as described

The house is gorgeous, the owner is quick to respond and pays great attention to detail. A downside for us was that there was no dock ( we knew this in advance but didn’t realize how much it would affect us). Also the place was not as clean as we would have liked. Otherwise we had a great week, beautiful setting.

Absolutely beautiful

This home is located on the lake with beautiful views and directly in front of the sandy beach and dock. The house is newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped to create family meals and enjoy them out on the deck overlooking the water. There was plenty of space for our party of 6 people to work and play and get ready for all wedding events of the weekend. Thank you so much! Your home is absolutely beautiful and made our stay on Lake Winnipesaukee easy and fun!

Had a great visit from arrival to departure! House is exactly as described- great views of the lake and close lake access through the homeowners association. House is well stocked and perfect for our group. Owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and helped make it a great vacation.

Perfect spot on the lake!

This was a perfect family getaway. We absolutely loved the house. The beds were very comfortable and all modern and updated. The deck has the most beautiful view of the lake. Our son loved fishing off the dock as well as kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming on the beach. Can't wait to come back!
