Welcome! This new Signature community sits in the middle of PGA West. The home features an open floor plan with 2 beds, 2 full baths, a 2-car garage, and an upstairs bonus room. ABoth living room and bonus room feature sleeper couches making this a perfect desert retreat for any foursome. In addition to the gated community clubhouse and pool, connected by a private gate is the PGA West clubhouse and Ernie's, the PGA West signature bar and grille.
