Absolute Gem - Great Retreat in the Sun

Our family of 5 spent 5 relaxing days here. The house is perfectly-situated close to restaurants, activities, and major roads. It is in a great and friendly walkable neighborhood.The house is stocked with everything needed for your stay. The pool and hot tub...perfect.Will definitely be heading back in the future.

Lovely home for golf vacation!

Every morning we had our coffee outside and watched the birds and hummingbirds on the pom pom bushes. The location was perfect for golfing in the valley and La Quinta itself had some lovely restaurants to eat at. The house was extremely comfortable and our stay was wonderful!

This is our second time at the property.The photos are generally accurate howe they are dated. Few things different, but except for the absence of the pool toys shown it was not.a big deal. Air conditioning system worked well spa

Lovely home with all we needed

Loved this cozy home. Very efficient and comfy layout, and had all the supplies we needed to enjoy our 19 day stay. The Den bedroom is such a fun room for kids, my daughter loved the trundle bed layout with a view of the living room big screen TV.

Warm and Cozy

Great neighborhood and nice pool

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It’s a very nice size and was in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was really a joy to have as we went swimming most days. The location is central to good shopping and hiking trails as well. The property is very clean. It’s a great size house.

Business and getaway

My husband had to come to PS for business, so we made it a duel stay, part business part getaway. This house was perfect, from the well equipped kitchen, great entertainment center and the perfect size pool to a late night jacuzzi under the stars. Looking forward to our return visit!

Very relaxing week

Just spent the week of Thanksgiving at this property relaxing as a family and it was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook multiple meals, including our Thanksgiving dishes, as well as do a ton of baking. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was nicely heated and our kids were in it every single day. Loved that they provided lots of pool towels as well as bathtowels. The neighborhood is clean and safe and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice but the beds squeaked and bounced up and down when you moved in the bed.

Better bed frames are needed. Also the side gate should be a regular gate for privacy. Please remove the security camera in the backyard. The pool surface and the jacuzzi surface is rough and installing a smoother surface would be better. Grass in the backyard would be a nice feature instead of just rocks. The light in the master bathroom is out. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable home

We rented this house for spring break with our children. Due to COVID we wanted something with a private pool and room to spread out since we wouldn't be going on normal "outings" in PS. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the property management company was very efficient and made the check in process a breeze. The house isn't huge, but we had plenty of room for our family to spread out and the living areas were very comfortable. The linens were nice and there were plenty of towels. The pool/backyard isn't big but again, our family had enough room. The kids spent almost the entire time in the pool and really enjoyed it. The house is close to stores, restaurants, and has lots of options on Doordash (again, COVID...). I would definitely recommend for families/small groups.

Loved this home!!

All in all, beautiful home with everything we could imagine at our fingertips. Very well equipped and a beautiful neighborhood. The reason we are not giving 5 stars to "accuracy of the listing" is that the pictures of the pool area are not very accurate. The pool is much smaller that what it looks like in the pictures, the floating chairs in the are not available and neither is the swinging chair by the pool. Still we would return as our stay was great. Property manager was very responsive and addressed any concerns very timely. Thank you again. Did I mention the house was super well equipped?? =)

Safe property in quiet residential neighborhood located near restaurants and shopping. Property management was responsive to questions. Kitchen was lacking some utensils for basic cooking and hot water was spotty throughout the house. No hot water in second bathroom, so the only usable shower was in the master bath.
