This house was exactly as pictured. It has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Check-in/out directions were clear, easy and not overly complicated. It was also very close to the downtown area, which was perfect for us.

This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again.

Beautiful property that was near everything we needed. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive to questions asked and about an issue that arose. It also had a crib available to use, so one less thing that we needed to pack. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Home

We stayed here for about 3 weeks due to a family emergency in the area. It was a perfect home for us - clean, bright, open, comfortable, and all upgraded. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our meal preparations, and the washer and dryer worked really well. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home.

Great place in Utica

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is recently remodeled and very clean. The kitchen is quite large compared to other similarly priced properties in the area. The owner was responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was one inaccuracy on the listing. It stated that the bed in the second bedroom is a twin, but it is actually a full sized bed. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend this home. The stairway is steep and the floor is slightly uneven which is typical for homes this age. However for our family this was not an issue. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.
