Land of almost 8000 m², full of trees and vegetation and 100 meters from the beach, two separate houses. The smallest and a house-atelier that has a large living room and kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and service area outside. The houses were painted by the owner, who is a plastic artist; the smallest is the Atelié that adapts and can receive up to 4 people. The two houses have mosquito nets on the doors and windows.
