Great property, plenty of space for guests and great location. The host is absolutely fantastic at communicating - both in terms of guidance to guests in advance, as well as responsiveness to messages. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for larger groups with plenty of space to keep the peace, games for entertainment, and fireplace to share stories. Bonus is a local Irish Pub (for those that enjoy a pint) called The Three Counties. Just a short walk away (and back!) that is a fun visit. Private parking was clutch as were the multiple bathrooms. Would recommend.

What an amazing place. It was perfect for my family. We came together for my sisters funeral, which broke us all, but all of us being together under one roof and spending time together, was the best medicine. Evan, our host, was so nice and communication was great! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The amenities were perfect! The games in the basement were very, very entertaining. We really loved this place and will book again. The bathroom in the basement is everybody's favorite.

New Baby Visit with Another on the Way

We had a great stay with our 4 adult children, their spouses/partners and our new grandchild. The house was spacious, located in a great location and the host was super gracious and accommodating. We wouldnโ€™t hesitate to stay again.

Family reunion

This is a wonderful property for a large family. We have all moved away from Chicago but came back together in our old neighborhood to celebrate grandmas 95th birthday. It was the perfect place!

Great place to stay with a large group

Most of the time when you find an home to stay in that allows for larger groups it is like packing your group into a sardine can, this was not the case here. We had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking and sleeping with plenty of space to spare. Our group's vacation was a great success and was elevated because we were able to hangout and live in the same space during our trip. Will definitely look to stay here again! The home is stylish, clean, kept updated and has everything you could hope for compared to other listings.

Very nice!

The house is exactly as expected. Very nice, very clean, very spacious. The front stairs had a step that wasnโ€™t the same height as the others so it caused some tripping for the first day. Other than that, everything was great! We didnโ€™t use the grill, fire pit, or a lot of the other โ€œamenities,โ€ but the rooms and common space was very nicely laid out.
