We were very happy with our stay. The host is incredible!! They kept in touch every step of the way. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend as a 420 friendly home!The hot tub was really great, and loved the large screen in back yard.

An incredible place to stay with wonderful ownership. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay perfect, which we especially appreciated given the stress of the Aspen Acres fires at the time. Their communication was incredibly prompt and friendly. The home itself is a paradise for families—there are so many great activities that both the kids and adults were fully entertained. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with very welcoming neighbors. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay! House was very clean and beds were fairly comfortable. Excellent communication! Quick to reply to messages. My boston terriers were safe in the fenced in backyard. Game room is in the garage with no air conditioner. There are alot of sharp nails in the walls in the garage but the rest of the house is very nice!

The house was great!

I would recommend this house! I love the fact that it’s dog friendly and has a fenced in back yard! The neighbors were friendly! It was a great stay and we will be back !

Overall good, communication with host was good. Maybe should add a coffee table in living room for game playing. Need new skillets and maybe a cookie sheet for cooking. Overall was a nice place and enjoyed our stay !!

Stay was fine. House was much smaller than it looked in photos. There’s was trash in the bathroom trash cans before our arrival and furniture was very uncomfortable. The hot tub was a nice feature but had sooo much chemicals it burned. Other than that trip went well

The hot tub is incredible. We watched sports and enjoyed the water. The rest of the house left much to be desired. The house needs a deep cleaning. The walls, fans, baseboards, under the beds and other furniture haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Don’t plan on cooking at the house, The kitchen has little to no utensils, there’s no pots and pans or cokie sheets in the kitchen. There’s a very small coffee pot but no coffee was provided. The host is very responsive and the neighborhood seemed very quiet.

For clarity, the pots, pans, and baking sheets are stored in the cabinet next to the refrigerator, and the cooking utensils (along with plenty of silverware) are kept in the drawer next to the stove.
