Make your trip to Seattle one to remember, stay at Belltown Court!
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit is in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
Darik Eaton purchased this condo in 2012

Nice basic two bedroom condo in a great location. Responsive staff. Basics taken care of nicely. Within walking distance of lots of fun. I'll be back,
Like has been posted in other reviews and also in the vacation book on premises. The neighbor downstairs calls and complains for no reason. Our family of 5 were and are always sensitive of the noise we make when staying in condos and hotels. He called twice to report "thumping from upstairs". The property management company (PMC) did say that they have had numerous issues with this neighbor. I finally asked the PMC to have our side on this issue since we were there customer and have done nothing more than walk around the condo. After out last conversation we did not hear anything from the PMC. The PMC did bring us a bottle of campaign for our trouble with this neighbor.
I would not stay hear again and would warn any one who is thinking about staying in this property.
The condo itself is nice and is in a nice location.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Belltown property. I love the fact that it is centrally located to so many things to do in Seattle. The condo was as expected (it would have been nice to use the gas fireplace though) and there was plenty of room for our girls weekend to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We were asked to keep quiet as the tenant below was sensitive to noise. We showed respect, however, he did come up the next day and asked us to be quiet, but we had just been sitting around visiting (and not loudly). This was a bit frustrating as we had 3 teenage girls who just wanted to laugh and have fun playing games. Overall it was a good experience and we hope to stay their again.
Condo is small...Sleeps 4 at best...Couch does pullout, however very uncomfortable...Neighbors are to sensitive...Any type of noise and they were knocking on door...Annoying...
This place was roomy and great for the 6 of us. The building is beautiful and amazingly located. Not as clean as I would have preferred but it worked okay. The bathrobes were a nice touch. We cooked thanksgiving dinner in the condo and had most everything we needed (minus a potato masher). Stove is old and should be replaced but if you aren't cooking much you won't notice. Kitchen equipment was a bit understated. Only one wine glass...hmmmm
We spent 5 days in your condo; three adults and two children. Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable bedrooms, nice eating area with a complete stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay. Hit all the tourist spots and were only 5 or so blocks away. Lots of restaurants in the area. We would recommend this condo to all of our friends.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
