Very disappointing stay — numerous safety issues and false amenity listingWe had high hopes for this property but were let down on nearly every front. Here's what we encountered:Safety concerns (especially with toddlers):Damaged, protruding flooring that posed a real tripping/injury hazardNot enough life jackets at the pondBathroom door lock didn't workMissing/broken amenities that were listed:No dishwasher or washer/dryer, despite being advertisedGrill didn't workFreezer didn't workHot tub jets weren't functioningListing photos showed a picnic table in the backyard — instead we got 3 Adirondack chairsCleanliness/maintenance issues:Mold in the bathroomNo hand soap in one bathroom, and only shampoo (no body wash) in the otherMissing light bulbs in the living roomKitchen trash can's lever mechanism didn't workYard was covered in duck/goose droppings, making it unusable for the kidsWe reported everything to Vrbo with photo and video documentation. Overall, the property was in poor condition and several advertised amenities simply weren't there. We'd recommend booking elsewhere — save yourself the headache.
