Our home has beautiful wide water views from every room and 2,300 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, open floor plan. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 10-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 6-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.

Some of the features included are the granite countertop kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double sinks granite top in each bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, Plug-N-Play spa (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock.

The house includes pool table, board games, cable, Wi-Fi Internet, and DVD player, one 50" TV in the family room and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are three leather sofas and recliners, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a pass through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining. We have 6 bikes (with helmets), 6 beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.

You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

My husband and I spent a week here with our adult son, daughter and son-in-law. The house was perfect for our needs. Great location, loved having our own pool and fishing off the dock. Very quiet and private yet close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The kids said the beds in the guest bedrooms weren't very comfortable but I thought the bed in the master bedroom was great. Loved having the poolside bathroom so we didn't always have to trek in and out of the house. I would highly recommend this place!

Marco Island April 15th-22nd 2017

My husband and 2 children of the ages 10 & 15 had a great week at this house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could imagine for activities for the beach, fishing and sightseeing. We named all the wildlife we saw - dolphins right on the back dock almost daily, pelicans, egrets, chameleons to name a few. The kids went fishing daily and swam in the pool and played pool on the pool table provided. The bikes were great to ride to the beach for sunset or out to dinner.

The property management company was very helpful if we had any problems or questions in which there was only a few and the app they provided for local interests worked out great. We will definitely be back!!!! Great house and location. Thank you!!!!

Comfortable, clean, convenient

Norman, We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Marco Island. I see why you and your family fell in love with the area!

Your house was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We ate many meals on the lanai and greatly appreciated the use of the grill. (It somehow took us 2 days to discover that there was a lanai bathroom!) We fished off the dock, saw a few dolphins and kept our boat rental there overnight. The pool table was also a big hit! It was great to be able to use the bikes you had available. There were lots of options for dining/ice cream etc within walking/biking distance. Although we walked to the beach from the house, it might be a long walk for young children. We also had fun exploring a few other beach areas we drove to.

All in all, it was a very comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay!

Walk to Marco's Beautiful South Beach!!

Wow! Enjoy the Beautiful Huge warm swimming pool and Hot Tub in the oversized Lanai! Have coffee each morning with an Awesome view of the Gulf! (We even saw dolphins)! Very roomy home with a pool table!! Home was very clean when we arrived!! Walk to the Beach!!!!
