I Will meet guest upon checkin to our Town home. We can go over all rules and policies and give helpful tips about the home.
We have a two car garage, on one side is room for a full size car or suv, the other side of the garage is for a compact car. Washer/Dryer in garage
Cap on utilities monthly is $150, This is quiet community, loud noise by guests or pets are not allowed, the same respect is afforded you as guests.

Great place

The location was great, the property owner was outstanding, he was easy to get along with and made our stay very pleasant, highly recommend this location, close proximity to great food, outstanding views, and peaceful and quite area.

Wonderful location!

This property is in a wonderful location, easy walking distance to the beach (bay) and the ferry landing shops and restaurants and several parks. We stayed with our 2 year old for several months and very much enjoyed walking around the island and jumping in the pool that is right outside the back door. The owner is very friendly and accommodating!

Outstanding bay views to downtown SD

We stayed at the beautiful bay view condo overlooking downtown for a few months while construction was underway in our home. Everything we needed was there. The unit could use a bit of updating of linens and style at the monthly rate charged, but this is overlooked by the convenience of location, simplicity of access to everything we needed. There are not enough kind words to say about the owners and their accommodating nature. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We wanted an escape from the chilly winter weather at home & San Diego sounded like the ideal spot. After looking at the gorgeous pictures & speaking with Pete we were absolutely sold. Pete & his wife were incredibly welcoming & the property was even better than we expected. The house was so nice & well-decorated. Everything was immaculately kept & stocked with all we needed. Close to everything in Coronado & Downtown San Diego was a short drive away. And the view is just amazing! I wish we could have stayed for longer. It was heavenly. We'll definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

Beautiful spot on Coronado Island!

This spacious condo is the perfect place for a stay in Coronado. It has a bonus room with a beautiful harbor view. Great to watch the ships! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay. Walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and a cool bike path. Pete is great to work with. Very attentive and responsive. He even went the extra mile and forwarded our mail to us several times after we left. I would highly recommend this spot! Enjoy!

Great location great condo clean fully equipt

When we arrived we were met by Pete and it was a pleasure He told us everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable. The location and view was amazing.It was clean well kept and had everything we needed.We loved watching the view with all the activity on the water and land. Easy to shop with the stores so close and the bay right at your doorstep! We even enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved the condo and location would come again! Thanks Pete

Great location, at-home living.

This property is in a prime location, close to the main drag of Orange Avenue, the ferry to downtown San Diego, and the infamous Coronado bridge (easy on/easy off the island). Absolutely beautiful styling with all the comforts of your own home (linens, kitchen supplies, etc.) and the most fantastic view of the city skyline. As my stay was during the colder months I thoroughly enjoyed the use of the fireplace on several early mornings and evenings. Mr. Fuentes is extremely accessible and was very accommodating to any needs I presented. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with him. A++ for customer service! The condo is very clean and is in excellent condition. I would happily recommend this property to anyone. Highly recommended for DOD/military guests due its proximity to NASNI. The star rating feature does not seem to work but allow me: 5 BIG stars!

This vacation rental is absolutely perfect for extended trips and is located in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Great spot right on the sea

This Condo right by the sea has a marvellous view: you can see downtown San Diego, the beautiful bay area with ships and the blue skies and you are close to everything. The condo is very cosy and furnished with a good taste, it's practical - and we felt immediately at home. Best place ever!! We were very sad to leave the house in order to get back to our hometown in Germany;)

The best!

This is a wonderful condo on Coronado Island with beautiful views of San Diego and San Diego Bay. You can take the foot ferry across. Many great shopping and restaurant places within walking and foot ferry distance.

Ever since I was a kid I dreamed of a home on the water. Part of the reason is I was raised in the desert where it was hot, desolate, and land-locked. I walked into our town home and the view took my breath away. Now people from the desert, the city and the mountains come to live in our place for a while. My wife and I decided to invest in this magic place, infact Coronado is otherwise known as 'Paradise.'. We love sharing that unique village experience with dozens of guests from around the world.

We are happy to announce that our RENOVATIONS were completed this year. You are among the first to experience all new Bathrooms and new Kitchen. Friends who have stayed there say they love walking to everywhere in Coronado. We are close to shopping, transportation, recreational activities, arts, leisure, concerts, plays, and fun things to do in Coronado. Leave the car in the garage and take a stroll to Ferry's landing or the Bike/Jogging path along the waterfront.
