About this property

NEWLY BUILT VACATION HOME W/ POOL LESS THAN A MILE TO SSI BEACHES & PIER VILLAGE

This custom designed, professionally decorated cottage is a perfect fit for multigenerational families, multiple families, a guys golf trip, girls weekend & locals wanting to host family and friends under one roof. It is located off Mallery Street on a quiet cul-de-sac lot less than a mile from the East Beach and Arnold Road/King & Prince beach accesses and the Pier Village. Once you pull in, park and unpack your car, you can easily walk, bike and/or rent a golf cart or Moke to get around and explore all that SSI has to offer.

Our cottage was built with your vacation stay in mind. The large fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area can accommodate 16 people comfortably. As can the 2 king bedrooms with on suite bathrooms on the main floor, 2 queen bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a bunk room,which sleeps 8, located upstairs. For families with little ones, we have 2 pack and play portable cribs with linens, 2 high chair/booster seats, 2 gates, 2 bed rails and a Baby Einstein stationary activity center on hand for your use.

Our heated & cooled plunge pool, outdoor lounging & dining areas, pool house half bath and outdoor shower are surrounded by a privacy fence. The pool house garage bay is stocked with 8 beach chairs, a rolling cooler and beach cart. It's also the perfect spot to park your rental bikes. We have off street parking for up to 6 cars.

The living room is equipped with an 83 inch smart tv for you to watch all your favorite streaming services on. In addition, all bedrooms, the bunk room and the pool house dining area have smart tvs as well. The bunk room has a tv console perfect for setting up your personal gaming equipment, a foosball table, and an assortment of games & puzzles for your enjoyment.

We have hotel quality bed and bath linens, pool/beach towels available for you to use during your stay. You will also have a fully stocked laundry room at your disposal and custom closets in all bedrooms provide ample storage for suitcases and all your packed belongings.

You will find a great selection of local magazines, a restaurant guide, and other reference materials pertaining to SSI, Brunswick and other surrounding areas you may want to explore while visiting the Golden Isles.

Perfect St. Simons House!
This place is AMAZING! The location is at the end of a quiet culdesac. The owners have thought of every last detail and the furniture is not only high-end but extremely comfortable. If you are hosting a family gathering I highly recommend it. We were a group of 8 golfing ladies and the setup couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen came well stocked with every item you can imagine and we enjoyed the outside cabana area with the TV and seating by the pool. Just rent this house. You won't be disappointed. I almost hate to review this property because once other people find it we will have a hard time securing reservations again.

The perfect multi-generational getaway!
This is a newly built home on St. Simons Island. The home is located at the end of quiet street on the cul-de-sac. There is adequate parking for 5 vehicles in the 2 driveways. The house was spotless upon our arrival. Check in was very easy with an electronic keypad. All of the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and supplies throughout the house! The extra ice maker was a great added bonus! The kids loved the plunge pool and we all enjoyed the outside area around the pool. The outdoor shower and 1/2 bath were perfect for pool days! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit this home again in the future.

Lovely stay on SSI
The house is amazing, so beautiful and well appointed. It is obvious a lot of thought went into providing all you could possibly need during a vacation stay. We loved spending time in the open plan kitchen/living room area. This is the best vacation rental we have stayed in for cooking/eating in - loads of plates, glasses and cups, sharp knives, glass containers for leftovers and even a tea kettle! The owner was very quick to respond and easy to reach if we had any questions. Lovely quiet location too. We would love to visit again!

Very clean, well equipped, quality furnishings
We had a group stay for a golf trip, the home was very nice, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of towels, furniture was comfortable as well as beds. I would recommend if you have a large group that this house has everything you will need to accommodate and it is a very clean new house that you can tell was quality built.

Stay at 134 Ibis
We planned a last minute long weekend and this home looked too good to be true. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is stunning and comfortable. There wasn’t anything we were missing, everything we needed was there. We did most of our eating out, so we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Alisha was great to communicate with. Anyone staying in this home will not be disappointed!

My husband is a native of Glynn County and we moved from Atlanta, my hometown, to SSI in 2006 to raise our family. We are now empty nesters & still enjoying our island life! We built our home and are fortunate to be able to host our large families, however, I am aware most homes cannot accommodate a big crowd.

Since I have helped some family & friends manage their vacation rental properties over the past several years, we decided to give it a go ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this lot from my husband's parents because of it's location on the south end of the island & the quiet cul de sac off the main road.

What makes this property unique

Our goal was to provide a rental property that was conveniently located, comfortable & cozy for a large family, group of friends or even locals looking to host a large number of guests, just not in their own home, under one roof!
