Welcome to the “Village Sea House” a new Saint Simons vacation home.

We are minutes from East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village, which serves as the downtown hub for shopping, dining, and enjoying island life. Both are easily accessed on one of two "Village Sea House" golf carts FREE to our guests.

Spend your days soaking in the private pool, enjoying cocktails on one of three covered porches, or exploring the island on our two golf carts. Regardless of how you vacation, the “Village Sea House” is where stunning design meets southern lifestyle.

Love the location of this house and the neighborhood. The house was well stocked in the kitchen (could use an additional casserole dish or two) and in the bathrooms. Laundry on the upper level was great. Having the golf carts were a real plus for our family of eight...easy drive down to the Pier area. Huge learning curve on the Nest thermometers - instructions in the guest book would be helpful. Also, we were unable to figure out how to turn the gas grill on - again, instructions in the guest book would be helpful as well. We were interested in staying an additional day or two and sent a message to the manager and never received an answer. All in all, it was one of the best family vacations ever. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to return someday.
We brought a small Christmas tree. Christmas morning.

The house was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The golf carts were very convenient to get around the island. There were plenty of bath linens and lots of space inside and outside the home. The house was close to restaurants and the beach access at Massengale Park.

Great location beautiful house

This house was perfect for our family we had 6 adults a two children under 3 . The pool was very nice and definitely needed as it was scorching hot out. The bedrooms were nice and all the rest of the house worked well for us. The golf carts were a very nice addition, we took them everywhere and felt safe doing so. You can’t go wrong with this house. Give it a try

Great Spring break with 3 families

We got so lucky with this place. The house was stocked with so many extras like beach chairs, pool toys, kids games. Kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the location and using the golf carts to get around. We had the best time.

Did Not Disappoint!!

Just spent an amazing week at St Simons and this house was everything we had hoped for. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and everything was as promised. We loved the pool and the golf carts were a great bonus. Hope to be able to stay here again sometime.

The perfect house for our group!

The house is large and very well kept (and decorated)! We had a party of 9 and there was plenty of room. We were less than a mile from several restaurants and shopping, including the pier and lighthouse. The property manager was exceptional and responded to inquiries quickly with all the necessary information. The owner was equally responsive and professional. I’d highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving Week 2024

We stay in SSI every other Thanksgiving and as our family has grown, we have tried different locations. The Village Sea House was our favorite so far! From the fantastic location, spacious house layout, beautiful pool and yard, to the two included golf carts, it was perfect for our family of 10. Communication with the host and the property manager was excellent. We experienced some issues with the washer/dryer and found the first level bedroom and bed was not as comfortable as hoped, but overall it was a wonderful week in SSI and our family loved Village Sea House!

Perfect for a girls weekend

The property was not only beautiful, but it had everything we could have needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved having the golf carts to explore and drive around. The neighbors were so kind and sweet. We loved this island so much, and everyone that we met was extremely kind. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing House - St. Simons is a cool area

The house is tucked into a neighborhood and a quick (4-6 minutes) golf-cart ride to multiple public access areas for the beach as well as the Mallery St/Pier Area. The house is perfect set up...Big common kitchen/dining/living room. Huge screened-in porches on both floors and the pool is clearly well taken care of. The two car garage is a nice thing because it was easy to access & store our beach stuff...plus they had a bunch of stuff too. Gas grill is also hooked into the gas line of the house, so that was easy. Only downside was I had to follow up multiple times with the property manager (Not the owner) because there was only one golf cart, when listing said two. Apparently the larger of the two was in the shop, so we couldn't fit all 7 of us. The property manager instructed me to contact owner via VRBO regarding a refund and I did so, but they are experiencing some weather from Hurricane Debby, so I'm sure they will get back to me when they can with a fair credit. There were also a couple of small repairs I performed while there (stuff that happens to rental property). Set screw on fridge door handle was loose & gate latch was broken (which was kind of a problem because it led to the pool). I let property manager know about each. If both carts were there...this place is a 10+....it's just we had an issue that is just "one of those things" that happen. We dealt with it and I'm confident the owner will be fair regarding a credit.

Family trip

Not all bedrooms had Ceiling fans. Kitchen drawers not secure and lacked utensils/ knives. Thermostat was difficult to operate. Overall we had a pleasant experience. Golf carts were very helpful driving to the beach.

Great house, great location!

House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It also had lots of kid cups, bowls, and plates, etc.There was also a good supply of pool toys. Location was very convenient. Golf carts made it easy going to beach and village. Layout of house is convenient for big family. Would definitely try to stay there in return trip.

Perfect Week!!!!

I’ll start by saying the house was wonderful. This was our 9th year to St. Simons Island and our 2nd year to stay in this neighborhood. It’s nice and quiet and tucked away but still convenient to the beach and the village. We made good use of the golf carts. We rent one every year so it was a huge treat to have two available for our group of 11! We spent a lot of time in the pool…loved the loungers. We also spent a lot of time utilizing both screened in porches. A few books were read and afternoon naps were taken on those porches. Everyone in our group enjoyed the space and all said the beds were comfy. Even though there are no dressers in the rooms there is plenty of space in the closets to unpack for the week. Oh and the master bathroom was dreamy!! All in all the house was well stocked (especially with towels, toys and equipment for both the beach and the pool). We didn’t pack anything but sunscreen for the beach and pool and everything we needed and more was provided!) Highly recommend booking this house. Megan was great to work with and stayed in contact with me whenever I had a question. Book now!!

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property! We loved all of the gathering spaces. The indoor porch was a huge bonus! A patio umbrella for the lounge chairs would be a great suggestion and hooks for towels in the bathroom.

A Relaxing Spring Break Spot

Village Sea House is a beautiful new home tucked in to a quiet neighborhood. It was absolutely perfect for our group of seven. The pool and patios were great for hanging out. And, we thoroughly enjoyed having the golf carts available; there is no better way to see the island!

Fun in SSI

The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were super comfortable with soft sheets. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we loved the easy access getting around town in the golf carts. Great location close to the pier and excellent restaurants. Only issue was the TV /WiFi went out a few times and unfortunately interrupted a SpaceX launch we were watching. Otherwise, a wonderful home we will definitely rent again. Great job to the host on a detailed and well informed Welcome Book. Thanks for making our trip memorable.
