Centrally located in beautiful Sebastian and one of the last places to see glimpses of old Florida, our home is a 10-minute drive from some of the best beaches on the Treasure Coast. Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, Historic Jungle Trail, world famous fishing and lost treasures with Disney and NASA a modest drive away, there is plenty to do. In fact, rocket launches can be viewed from our home! You will have the perfect combination of rest and fun while staying at our home, Rest-Awhile

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay and was very centrally located, the welcome book was very helpful plus, were suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Jim, the property manager, was very helpful and we enjoyed talking to him. Julie and Todd were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with. Definitely a very nice place to stay.

First time visit to Sebastian, love the beach!

Loved the small town feel and proximity to many beaches. House isn't as private as advertised and we thought the beds were quite old. Appreciated the grill and Lanai. Highly recommend No. 1 China.

So glad that you loved Sebastian and the beaches! The mattresses actually were all purchased less than two years ago, so I’m not really sure what you mean by quite old. We love our little house and the area and love to share it with others.

Perfect Place For Snow Birds

The house was clean and comfortable. In a perfect location, did a lot of boardwalk walking. It was peaceful and close to family for us. Stores are very close for shopping. Cleaning crew were friendly and Jim the mgr. was very friendly, enjoyed talking to him. People in the area seemed very nice. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Family Birthday Get Together

We stayed at the house while in town celebrating my Dad’s 90th birthday. We found the house very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a lovely place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the location was close enough to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive. Wished I had more time to enjoy it, but will definitely consider staying there again if I’m in need.

11 day stay for home renovations in Vero Beach

We stayed at this property while our home was being remodeled and were very happy with it. The three bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The back porch was a great place to have morning coffe and just relax during the day. While we didn't use any of the beach gear, it was nice to have that available for the guests. Overall, the house is very nice, uodated decor and well appointed.

Host was helpful, property was nice and clean and well presented with little extras it expected such as modern coffee machine and coffee! Area nice and quiet, neighborhood safe, expect it to be in line with the price point, so overall good value based on the exorbitant prices you can find in the area for something not that much better. Would have no hesitation recommending to others and will use again should the need arise.

The absolute best property

Let’s start by saying my husband and co workers are working in Vero for the next three months and hated they couldn’t stay the remainder of their stay at this property. The home inside and out was perfect for them to relax after working nights for a couple weeks straight. They made friends with the neighbors even. My husband walks at least 5 miles a night and he felt safe and enjoyed it even more then at home lol The property is newly updated and perfect for a large family or just a trip with friends there’s so much room. On the guys days off they headed to the beach or went on a fishing trip together. They ordered food nearby a couple nights and everything was delish but my husband only eats keto and cooked every single meal at the house and it had everything he needed. The home itself is gorgeous. Now for the hosts, I’ve used VRBO for years and I’ve never felt more connected and at peace communicating with people I didn’t even know. Julie went above and beyond to make sure the guys had everything they needed and were comfortable. Don’t scroll past this gem. Book it! The price is far below what other homes are asking and the quality of the experience is unmatched ❤️
