Encantadora casa con una hermosa vista al mar

El apartamento Lise está situado en el segundo piso de nuestra casa familiar, en la pequeña colina llamada Montovijerna, en el centro de Dubrovnik.
Esta es la zona más tranquila, llena de vegetación, en el centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos de la multitud.
El centro histórico de la ciudad vieja se encuentra a unos 1500 metros de distancia de nuestra casa y está a solo 15 minutos de un agradable paseo sobre la costa.
El puerto de Gruz está a unos 1500 metros de distancia, y una hermosa playa de arena está a solo 200 m de nuestra casa.
Nuestro apartamento consta de dos habitaciones dobles, amplio salón con una cama adicional, cocina totalmente equipada, baño con WC y WC por separado. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y está equipado con TV vía satélite e Internet inalámbrico.
Tiene 3 balcones y una gran terraza con vistas inolvidables.
Podemos ofrecerle también estos servicios:

Wonderful hosts, very helpful and friendly. We had home made cake and drinks waiting for us. The apartment is quirky, light and spacious and has everything you need. We are an active family so always walked to the old town (20 mins) very hilly. Beautiful walk and scenery. Little shop 2 min walk.

This is a very roomy apartment with wonderful access to outdoor space. Noemi and Vlaho were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with arranging transportation and out of town excursions. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Fantastic Apartment and Fantastic Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was good. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and communication was great. We would very highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay again if we come back to Dubrovnik. First class!

Amazing views and hosts!

Very welcoming hosts with Vlaho picking us up at the airport and dropping us off at the catamaran and Noemi welcoming us in with pastries, coffee and juice. The apartment was spacious, meticulously clean and the views were amazing!!! Highly recommend Apartment Lise!

Superb base for Dubrovnik stay

Brilliant stay. About a 15min walk outside of the Pile Gate and old city, also possible to catch a bus to the same location. Upstairs fully contained flat - owners very nice and live downstairs - full privacy and amazing views from multiple balconies. Unit is spacious, immaculately clean, two bathrooms and bedrooms, plenty of space for a couple.

Lovely appartment

We stayed in this lovely appartment for a week. The views from the balconies are fantastic and the appartment is spacious with everything thoughtfully provided. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts Noemi and Vlaho were great hosts, collecting us from the airport, made us delicious homemade cake for arriving and leaving and gave us tips for our stay. Thank you to both of you, we had a lovely holiday.

Lovely apartment with great views

Spacious and quiet top floor apartment with great views of Dubrovnik and the sea. Perfect location to be close enough to walk to the old town. All basics are provided for self catering. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful with any info you might need. They also keep a close eye on the apartment. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with stunning views !!

This apartment easily deserves 5 stars , it is ideally situated within walking distance of the old town and restaurants. The views from the balcony are stunning. The hosts, Vlaho and Noemi, are the loveliest people. Vlaho picked us up from the airport and from the minute we met he gave us so much information on the area and how to get about. On arrival Noemi had made us cakes and we felt very welcome. They sorted excursions for us and even drove us to the port for our boat trip. I would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to return in the future to apartment Lise .

Hosts with the Most!

Vlaho and Noemi were warm, caring, friendly hosts. When asked, they had vast amounts of valuable information to share. Make sure to take advantage of their vast local knowledge. If offered, take them up on coffee or beer. Their place had everthing we needed including panchos and umbrellas(which Noemi gladly offered) for an unexpected rainy May. Their place is a nice 3/4 walk to the Old Town and close to local supermarkets. Their place is perfect for two couples or a large family. Vlaho i Noemi, puno vam hvala!

Gracious Hosts, great location, beautiful view

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment with a second small bathroom off the hallway, which is ever so useful. The living room is cozy and elegant, and the view is beautiful, which you can enjoy from either of two balconies, both with chairs and a table. There are two small markets nearby where you can get everything you will need to cook dinner. One day I was looking for chicken breasts, and though I was too late for the fresh ones, they still had frozen ones, which were perfect. Noemi and her husband are welcoming, thoughtful (thank you for all your special treats Noemi), and extremely helpful with great information about the area. You do not need a car for Dubrovnik (and parking is impossible), but if you do have a vehicle, your hosts will ensure that you have a coveted spot in which to park your car.

Fantastic property with lovely sea views and a very walm welcome from the owners,

We spent a week at Apartment Lise with our 2 teenage sons and really enjoyed staying in this lovely property which had sea views from both our balcony in the main bedroom and the lounge. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and left with juice and cake to settle in - what a welcome to Dubrovnik! We also were invited for coffee so that Noemi and Vlaho could help us organize car hire for us to tour a bit more of Croatia on our last day which is really worth it if you want to see the fantastic coastline. The apartment is fantastic with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge. It's location in Dubrovnik is ideal for either catching a bus into the Old Town or the New Harbour with the beach within walking distance. Be prepared for lots of steps in Dubrovnik but it is truly a beautiful city and staying in this apartment made our week just perfect! Thank you.

El apartamento, tal y como han comentado otros viajeros, es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien amueblado. Se encuentra en la parte superior de una casa, a unos 20/25 minutos andando de la entrada de la muralla (o entra 50-70 kunas de taxi). A unos 15 minutos hay una playa a la que se accede bajando unas cuantas escaleras. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos recibieron con unas bebidas y una tarta. Tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la lavadora, pese a que nos habían avisado con anterioridad, y aún así se hicieron cargo del arreglo.

Dubrovnik ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Das Apartment Lise liegt sehr zentral und ist ein guter Startpunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Die kroatische Gastfreundschaft wird hier absolut gelebt, inklusive herzlicher Begrüßung und bei Bedarf ein gemeinsamer Kaffee oder Absacker am Abend. Die großzügige Wohnung hat einen wundervollen Blick über die Stadt und ihre Küste. Jeder Zeit sehr gerne wieder!

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was about as wonderful as anyone would hope for. Our hosts were charming and did everything possible to make our stay and transit to and from the airport effortless. The apartment was exactly as pictured and meticulously clean. We had the best balcony overlooking toward the city and coastline. Better yet, it was to the side of the apartment and so shaded in the afternoon and evening but still maximizing the view. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Town but it’s not complicated. Given the crowds nearer, you will be very glad you stayed here!

Das war bis jetzt warscheinlich unser beste Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die lage ist ruhig mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Ales ist zu fuß erreichbar, klein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Strand und Dubrovnik Altstad. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Also, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Perfect location, house and hosts.

The house was spacious, clean and had a fantastic balcony with a great location. The hosts were amazingly accommodating, friendly and helpful. They gave us good tips on our travel plans and helped answer any questions we had. They both went above and beyond what we would hope for. The garden was great and nice to look around. I will miss the hosts and Dubrovnik.

Good people and a gòod home

First was the friendliness of our hosts. We were greeted with warmth and kindness. It was clear that they wanted us to have a most pleasant stay. Secondly, their house is lovely with plenty of space. A fine kitchen, comfortable living room and balcony perfect for having a meal while enjoying a wonderful view all contribute to a great travel experience. And the garden here is very attractive. Thirdly, this is a good location. It is an easy walk to the Old Town. Although we never used a bus, I believe that it is easy to do so. A bakery and necessary groceries are nearby. We were also able to walk to the fish and green markets. We can certainly highly recommend Apartment Lise.
