Glorious residence!

The place is really nice and looks as on the photos. The view from the Windows is on the old town. Location is excellent -close to Ploce Gate and old town, close to airport bus stop, local bus stop, taxi. Close to the apartment is nice bakery and just few minutes is nice beach. Communication with Martina was easy and quick. I have very nice memories from staying in Dubrovnik.

Hello, the room was very clean But, the entrance to the building was very dark and scary, many steps, also the room was in the second floor and the stairs were very narrow, I had difficulties carrying my suitcases. But location overall is good and it was very clean

The apartment is beautiful, actually even more impressive than in the photos on the website. From the bed there’s a stunning view of the city walls, rooftops, and bell towers of the Old Town. On top of that, the entrance to the Old Town is literally just a two-minute walk from the apartment. Simply a wonderful experience and accommodation I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm – die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer wirklich außergewöhnlich schönen und praktischen Lage. Zwei kleine Hinweise: Es war etwas ungewöhnlich, dass wir den Müll selbst unter das Haus bringen sollten – das kannten wir so bisher nicht. Außerdem konnten uns leider keine zusätzlichen Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden, obwohl wir danach gefragt hatten. Das hat unseren Eindruck aber insgesamt nicht getrübt – wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

The apartment had everything we needed for our time in Dubrovnik - the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, lots of lovely restaurants and the beaches! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. One thing to note it that the roof sky lights didn’t have any blinds on so it did get bright in the room very early - otherwise the room and apartment was very comfortable

High-end vacation!

Place was really nice and perfect location. The only thing was when we came in the shower was running and had to clean up water on the bathroom floor. They brought towels next day. It’s right outside the old town, easy to sight see and walk around. There is no microwave and there’s no kitchen stuff except for 4 glasses and set of utensils and a mini fridge. It’s basically just a bedroom your renting but it’s private. Perfect for a short trip.

My stay at Marina's place has met and even exceeded my expectations. The communication before the arrival and during was very clear, fast in response and super friendly. Marina is very understanding and empathetic. The apartment room was beautiful and the window view just amazing and giving the peaceful feeling at the same time. The location was just perfect, both to the Old Town gate and the beach. The mattress was very comfortable. I know how important this is for many of us. And the coffee machine with pods was a nice bonus for a slow morning in the room. I highly recommend it. Thank you once more, Marina. You had a great input into my pleasant stay in Dubrovnik :)

Great host,very responsive.Comfortable apartment in good location,placed at the entrance of the old city,which makes it very convenient because you don't need to carry your luggage much. The apartment is renovated and the shower is super cool.Our room had a lovely view towards the castle which made us enjoy the rain. Extraordinary journey!

Martina’s place was perfect. We arrived at 3am so self check in was a must. She gave us specific and perfect instructions with photos to be able to find the place. We also asked her for extra towels and they were waiting on our door when we had come back. It’s perfectly located - 5 minute walk to the beach or two minute walk and you’re in old town. Would definitely stay again!
