Lakefront Retreat, Private Dock, Covered Deck, Sleeps 8, 11 min to Ark Encounter

Welcome to this gorgeous lakefront property located right on Williamstown Lake. As you head down the stairs onto the back deck, you will immediately notice the gorgeous water views and quickly begin to unwind. Upon entering the house you'll find an open concept living area with a sectional and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is well stocked to gather and prepare meals. Beyond the kitchen is a full bath with walk in shower. Take the stairs up to the open family room and its fabulous views of the lake! The large open area offers a small seating area for watching TV, 2 twin beds, and an additional loft with a queen size bed. There are two bedrooms off of the family room. One has a king bed and the other has a queen. The queen bedroom has an exterior door that leads out to the driveway for easy unloading and loading of vehicles. A half bath joins the two bedrooms in the middle.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered back patio with the most gorgeous view or grill up a bbq feast on the gas grill provided. The large covered dock is a great place to relax with a cold beverage and watch the boats go by in the summer or do a little dock fishing. Feel free to use our 4 adult kayaks or 2 stand up paddle boards. The dock has a second level for extra room or for those who like to lay in the sun.

This is such a cozy and comfortable lake home, a great place to relax and enjoy a family or friends getaway. You'll want to return again and again!

House notes:
-A signed rental agreement including guests’ ages is required to book our property.
-Fireplace is not operational at any time.
-The property requires stairs both inside and outside and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Please review our pictures provided and take notice of the stairs.
-4 adult kayaks and 2 SUPS provided.
-Owners boats may be docked at the rental but are not for rental use.

Beautiful!

We stayed here because we were going to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. The home is beautiful, extremely clean and the host is very kind and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely

My family had such an amazing time staying at this rental. We went to visit the ark and the creation Museum. It all worked out perfectly, and had a truly enjoyable and relaxing visit to Kentucky.

Great Place!

Perfect place to stay in a relax setting on the lake. The house was great for our family, plenty of room for everyone. Super clean and neat! Not to far from Noah's Ark or Dry Ridge if you needed a Walmart or places to eat. Still close enough to Lexington to drive in and explore the Horse Park and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional property

The house and location are wonderful! And had plenty of private parking on the property for several vechicles.The beds furnishings, home and property were clean, up todate, and well kept. Enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and swimming from the spectacular dock. The view of the lake from the house and deck were awesome. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway for relaxing

A group of friend and I take an annual fishing trip every year, and this year we chose Williamstown lake. Unfortunately the fishing wasn’t what we hoped for (which to my understanding isn’t typical) but the house was incredible. The inside was spotless and the deck and dock provided plenty of space and amenities to enjoy the outdoors. The owner was cordial and very communicative. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

A GREAT family vacay!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! We came with our 4 young kids and went to the Ark Encounter and Creation museums during our stay, but we would have been thrilled to have stayed all our days at the lake house. The kids LOVED the rubber dockie option and paddle boards and kayaks and jumping off the dock and were totally enamored by all the board games and the available Wii, even though mostly we swam! The amenities were great. Dawn was so good about communication and checking in and I really felt like ALL our basic needs were covered. I could easily have left some of our things at home because she’s thought of many things necessary for a stay! Being able to do laundry sure is a bonus. We would absolutely stay again! And will recommend to anyone looking for a similar experience.

Relaxing Lakeside Retreat

My husband and I, along with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside retreat. We visited the Cincinnati Zoo, attended a Reds game, and visited the Ark while there. I wish we would have had more time to just enjoy the house and lake. It is beautifully decorated with lots of things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, sunbathing, and playing board games. (So many boardgames!!) The hostess has truly thought of everything. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies since all of the boys were hungry and we had not had a chance to grocery shop yet. This property is close to lots of places to eat and The Ark. We would love to come back in the summer and spend more time at this beautiful lake home!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house! The view of the water was absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee by the lake and evenings spent enjoying the peaceful surroundings. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with gorgeous views and plenty of comfort, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!

I'm from the Northern Kentucky area which is why we chose to purchase property on Williamstown Lake. In 45 minutes we can be out of the city and on a mini vacation! My family has loved our time at the lake over the past 7 years and we are looking forward to sharing our little piece of heaven with others. With our kids now young adults, my husband and I are entering the empty nest phase and finding ourselves looking for new adventures. I've always loved hosting and decorating so I'm excited to share my love of hospitality with our new rental community!

We had been visiting friends at their homes on Williamstown Lake for years and each time left dreaming of our own little spot of heaven on the water. There's just something special about being on the lake, an afternoon on the dock relaxing with family and friends watching the boats go by. Even in the off season the colors of nature are so beautiful it's hard not to find peace and feel your stress melt away. In any season, our property provides a place to rest and unwind for a few days.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property sits near the middle and widest parts of Williamstown Lake, which makes for the most beautiful views while also allowing us plenty of room to enjoy floating and swimming right off of our dock. Our large parking area and concrete walkway down to the dock make for easier accessibility that is hard to come by around the steep lakefront.
