We had a wonderful time during our stay. This is a beautiful property and a very responsive host. The house is huge and very well main. We own property in the area and visit a few times a year as our daughter lives here too. We would definitely rent again if available

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was clean and organized. They were flexible with us when we needed to come back and retrieve something we had accidentally left there.

Thank you for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed the place.
A living room, den, deck, backyard with hammock, and 3 bedrooms = lots of room to relax and get some space on an extended trip. In a very quiet neighborhood. Just down the street from the Ingles Grocery store.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Pros: Convenient to Downtown, pretty clean, ample living space, comfortable place to stay, nice area. A dated home but better than the nearby Radisson hotel. Knowing what to expect, I would stay there again. Especially if they correct the water and TV issues.Cons: Has the water pressure turned down very low. Even my 11 year old granddaughter asked what was wrong. Two TV’s in the house both in the two living areas. One TV the volume didn’t work. Couldn’t hear it at all. Had one very cheap trash bag for kitchen which tore trying to remove it. Check the refrigerator temperature. That was turned up and couldn’t chill water. Gas fireplace didn’t work and the service person that came by couldn’t tell me how to use it. The 1/2 bath is Extremely small but doable. Photo is deceiving..
The visit was for a memorial service for a family member so we did not get to enjoy the surroundings. However, the host provided a guest book that included information about some of the area. The house was just as advertised. The 3 stars was because my son accidentally ran over a small section of a decorative fence. Several times he/tried to get in touch with the host to settle a solution- leave money for it, replace it before we left. Did not hear back regarding that. The host did keep checking to see if everything was okay with the house.

Glad you enjoyed it! We hope to host you again in the future!
Overall the house was nice and suited our needs very well. However, we had a couple issues. We could not get the volume for one of the TVs to work. Thankfully there was a second TV. The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. We had to throw some of our food away. I sent a message to the host through the VRBO app, but I never received a response.
