Cet impressionnant de 4 chambres + den et le bureau privĂ©, 3 et Âœ salles de bain maison avec garage 3 voitures possĂšde tous les Ă©quipements que vous pourriez dĂ©sirer. Incroyable vie en plein air avec le Tiki Bar, la piscine et le spa surdimensionnĂ©s, un foyer, des chaises longues, etc. Complet avec cuisine Ă©laborĂ©e gastronomique, salle Ă  manger, salon, une grande chambre, salle de lavage, et vĂ©randa divertissant importante, vous pourrez profiter de la conception mĂ©diterranĂ©en.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, walk-in, et plus grande salle de bains «retraite» avec elle et lui lavabos et baignoire jacuzzi. Les chambres 2Úme et 3Úme ont des lits queen-size, et la 4Úme chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Ils disposent également d'un salon / den et le bureau privé.

Superb property with great facilities and pool

Access to the property was as described. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family group of eight. Was expecting a welcome visit from the property manager which didn't materialise unfortunately. No hesitation to recommend this property.

Amazing and gorgeous home

We have stayed in many homes in the Majors sub division and this home is by far the best we have stayed at. From the minute we opened the door the home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The outside pool area is just as beautiful as the inside. We would definitely stay again at this property. The communication with the property manager was outstanding.

Lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. Used the pool area on most days and it was so wonderful. Only a couple of suggestions: some burned out light bulbs need to be replaced, walls are very stained and need washing or paint.

Home away from home

The home was perfect for our family vacation! All of the amenities we had at home. The only disappointment was the built in grill did not work and the stand stand alone grill was somewhat rusted so we decided not to use the outdoor grill due to its condition. Beate was very responsive to all of our needs! Thank you!!

Beautiful Lely Resort Home

This 4 bedroom, single-story home is beautiful and well-appointed. There was plenty of room for our family and kids (17yrs, 13yrs & 3yrs) to spread out and relax. The pool and lenai area are amazing and we spent most of our time outside. The view of the lake from the back of the house is so calming. The resort contact communicated well and answered any questions that we had. We stayed mid-June during the "off-season" and the neighborhood and resort were VERY quiet which we enjoyed. Access to the gated community and resort amenities make this stay so special. We enjoyed a short 20min drive to Marco Island and drove into Naples several times. We would love the opportunity to stay again.

Perfect

A group of us canceled an all-inclusive trip within a week of departure. We decided to rent this property and could not have been more pleased with our decision. The pictures do not do this house justice! There is plenty of room for a large group to spread out and come together. The house included use of the resort's Players Club, which we used on multiple occasions, as well as an amazing golf course! The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and made the entire process simple. We are already looking forward to another trip to this home in the future!

Overall loved it

Overall the property is beautiful and as advertised. We had a couple small issues nothing major. The mattress in the master bedroom could really do with being replaced. My wife's side had a persistent dent which made sleeping uncomfortable. The AC in the house overall is excellent although again in the master bedroom it seemed to be always a little too hot so that you had to sleep with the fan on above the bed even with the rest of the house at a comfortable temperature. We didnt manage to figure out the fancy coffee machine either. Small things . Overall we had a wonderful time here.

Large luxurious

The owner and management company need to have a serious discussion. Very expensive fittings and appliances. No maintenance of the fitments. Green egg bar b que in a terrible condition also the other 2 bar b ques. Sonos sound system not working. New fridge needed water filter replaced. Dishwasher filter had not been cleaned. Bedroom near tiki bar had nowhere to hang clothes. Beate Bachre the contact for any problems was so understanding and very prompt attending to our needs.

Nice house - wonderful vacation

The house is nice and comfortable with nice outside area. The furniture are nice in the living room and master bed room but you can see it is starting to wear and tear. Also the pest control was not sufficient enough. There were ants all over the house, everywhere.

Beautiful Home

This property was just as described. The photos don’t even do it justice. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, this is it. We traveled with my immediate family and 1 year old daughter. They had a high chair and portable crib there for me so we didn’t have to spend money to rent that when we arrived. The double gated community made us feel very safe. It was very quiet, I think because we vacationed to Florida in July! We had access to the players club resort pool and that was gorgeous!!! Highly recommend going there for a few days. We weren’t able to access the gym until after 1pm which was disappointing but that was the only downside. The lanai above the pool gave some sun protection and kept it a tad cooler than just being outside and it also kept out the bugs! Bring your own hairdryer, the ones there are not great and one didn’t work. The property manager was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful

Lovely house with all the amenities! Pictures shown are exactly what you get. Plenty of space inside and out on the lanai. Quite and peaceful neighborhood in a double gated community. Highly recommend the Players Club if you’re into resort style pools and tennis courts. There is also a restaurant with typical pool side sandwiches, salads and appetizers.

Nice Home

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this home. Although the property has been updated in some areas and was done beautifully, there is a mixture of styles and fixtures that creates an obvious decor difference. As with most rental properties, there was a lot of clutter in some areas but at least it wasn't out in the open--Christmas decor in the laundry room, baby items in the closet and other things left behind. While the house had been "cleaned", some areas need some special attention....alot of weeds growing through the stonework in the screened in Lanai, Ice/water dispenser on the kitchen Fridge doesn't work (produces ice but doesn't dispense through the door dispenser), Quite a few spots on the carpets (again, I'm sure it is common in rentals) but at the current prices, I always appreciate a spotless place of reprieve. Thanks for your prompt attention to other matters such as the burned out bulb in the laundry room.

Naples Getaway

Overall we had a great experience at this beautiful property! The ONLY downside way the total lack of communication from the property manager right from the start. Thanks to the housekeeper Bea, she went out of her way to supply the information I needed to finalize the property rental. The place was immaculate, spacious, and well appointed as far as furnishings and amenities. Everything was functional an in good condition. Was a great place to grill and chill! Super location and very secure. Will certainly keep this property in mind for any future Naples trips!

Beautiful home! Wonderful vacation!

Amazing stay in this beautiful home! Our family just returned from a week’s vacation at this property. The house was just as pictured! It was very clean, tons of space, beautifully designed in a safe double gated community. We loved using the pool and spacious backyard area. Access to the Players Club was a plus!! Oskari was very helpful answering all of my questions! Can’t wait to return!!
