Ten Mile Haus #A5 is a "Ski-in/Walk-out", spacious, 1120 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium. In the Master Bedroom, a King Size Bed and a set of bunk beds, an Outdoor Balcony, Cable TV and Free WiFi await. The 2nd Bedroom has one queen bed, perfect for a family or group requiring separate bedding. Downstairs in the Living Room, a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Gas Fireplace, TV/DVD player, CD stereo are the amenities provided. Full Size Kitchen and 2nd Bath round out the floor plan. The building's amenities include Indoor Parking for one vehicle and Community Laundry Facilities. A short 3 minute walk is all that is needed to get to the Slopes, Shops and Restaurants of Copper Mountain's Center Village. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72667 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great stay!

Loved the layout of this condo! It was so nice to have the bedrooms upstairs and the main living area/kitchen downstairs - perfect for families whose members have different sleep schedules. ;) Love the location, which is tucked back away from the highway and right next to the CO trail, and super easy walk to Center Village. Quiet, lovely stay - we will be sure to stay here again on our next visit!

Great condo right by Center Village at Copper Mountain

Very roomy and clean condo just a few minutes walk to Center village at Copper Mountain and two of the main ski lifts. Nice amenities were the storage shelves, benches, and closet for all our ski equipment. Two good sized bedrooms and large living area for our family.

Family ski trip

The location of this condo is great! It is right by Center Village where all the activities are. It was stocked with puzzles, games and playing cards for us to enjoy after a day on the slopes! We had a fabulous time.

First time ski vacation

The condo was just as described, just a few minute walk to the Center Village's shops, restaurants and lifts with very close access to the Green Acres for us beginners to get some practice before hitting the big slopes. We had plenty of space for 4 adults, 3 teens and one pre-teen. The fireplace was a welcome feature after a long day skiing and the kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare our own meals. I would definitely recommend the condo and consider staying here again should we return to Copper in the future.

Several Highs and a Few Lows

The reservation process worked very smoothly. The reservation/check in process was poorly explained. Check in wasn’t permitted until 4:00 pm and the office closed at 5:00pm with no prior notice. Finding our building in the dark was challenging. Kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and cookware you would ever need. Although the interior was a dated and needs to be refreshed it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Property was good but bad experience with management

We did not have parking for the second car and all the night we were worried that the car would be towed . Also there was no one to show us where the property was and in spite calling them they were negligible .

Spring Break ski trip with family

It was my husband and I and our daughter and her family with three boys. It was great where when the younger boys were tired of skiing then we could walk back to condo to rest and eat lunch. If you don't like stairs then this is not the place for you as you have stairs to get to the door and then inside stairs to get to bedrooms. Only downfall I found was there was no hot tub. That would have been nice to get in after a day of skiiing. (But I did know this when I booked)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a great trip and family experience at Copper Mountain after not visiting Copper since 1994. The building location and cleanliness was great. The unit is described as sleeps 8, which includes using the sofa sleeper. Our party required the use of the sofa sleeper. The problem is, while there is a sofa sleeper, it is in poor shape and condition. As in the frame had your feet several inches higher than your head (or your head higher than feet if you did a 180). More towels being made readily available would have been great. While the unit is not advertised as having a hot tub available, there is a unit out of service on site. This should be repaired or replaced immediately. A ski trip isn't really a ski trip if you can't enjoy a beer in the hot tub after a full day of skiing! For the cost per day to rent, it was unfortunate to see the neighboring unit have a hot tub in working order and daily cost less for the same week (we had friends staying at the neighboring unit). Beyond a couple of very fixable things, a great location and place to enjoy with family and friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s upstairs which is not the best when it’s icy and you’re dragging all your gear up metal stairs. Once you’re there it’s a great unit. It’s so super clean. Furniture is a bit old and the walls and doors are a little beat up but it’s really comfortable and big. It’s a short walk to the village. We were told it was ski in/out but that is a stretch. I guess you could make your own trail through the snow but it’s really a walk not a ski trail. There are a lot of dogs and dog poop along the trail. Overall a really nice stay. Definitely would recommend.

Yes, you can ski right to the door

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, and two full bathrooms. Loved all the hooks and cubbies as soon as you walk in the door. Nicely outfitted kitchen with plenty of cup, plates, bowls. While the style of the building is older, the interior is reasonably remodeled and nice. Easy access directly to the condo from the outside, without having to walk down halls and take elevators like in the larger buildings, although there is a flight of stairs up from the parking lot- narrow and steep. Windows and deck overlook the Ten Mile parking lot, which stays illuminated all night and the drapes are not blackouts, so can be bothersome for sleeping. Oh- and we never did figure out how to start the gas fireplace. Wifi worked well.

Perfect Copper Mountain Ski Condo

The condo is perfectly located for Copper Mountain skiers. Short walk (5 minute) to the base - lifts, restaurants, shops - and ski back to the condo. We had everything we needed in this condo. We cooked dinners each night in the well appointed kitchen, had plenty of room for two couples, and the beds were comfortable and warm. Check in was contactless and very easy. Property management was responsive to questions within minutes.

Parking was extremely convenient and to location between East and Center Village is perfect. A great quiet location with ski in / almost ski out convenience. A5 was updated and had a cozy layout with plenty of comfortable beds. The building is older bit in my opinion, that only adds to its charm. This is the only place we stay at Copper.
