Contact us for detailed information.Real Log home at Lake Francis, with access to snowmobile trails from driveway, ATV, hunting, fly fishing Boating. it’s a year-round launchpad for New Hampshire adventure. Inside, you’ll find new heated king beds, two kitchens, and a spacious living area. Outside, evenings around the fire pit or head into town for dinner just 2 minutes away. Trip cancellation insurance is available-ask us.

No pets—except crated hunting dogs during bird dog season. Reach out if you intend to bring hunting dogs (we’ll send a separate security contract).
Yes—this is direct waterfront with private lake access.
Yes, close access to major trailheads right from the home.
Yes—auto generator covers any outages.
Guest Access - Private keypad entry through the lower door. Guests have full access to the home
Getting Around - Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Town and trailheads are just a short drive or ride.
Guest Interaction - I’m local and available by phone or text if you need anything during your stay. Will stop by and say hello...
eRental agreement required after booking. 24 hour cancellation allowed. 4 exterior facing security cameras per NH law. Please follow trash and trail access rules in agreement and in home

We had a wonderful time. The house was roomy and comfortable and the hosts were amazing. They showed us how to get to the trail system and also showed us around town. The lake was easily accessible and very calm, perfect for little kids. We would definitely go back. Leigh and Judy were very quick at responding to any questions we had.

Beautiful Location

Clean, cozy cabin with great view of Lake Francis. Close to plenty of outdoor activities, as well as the Buck Rub Pub and 1840 restaurants.

Great location, right on Lake Francis. Lots of loon activity around dusk was a plus. Access to the Connecticut lakes was very good, the furthest away being only 30min. Not to mention the drive being along “moose alley”. We were lucky enough to spot one despite only staying for two nights. Property was in good shape, no complaints. Easy check in with personalized lock code. We didn’t end up needing anything but property manager was in contact and very responsive. Would stay again!
