Great Management and location

Sadly I was incredibly sick during my stay but the good people managing the property went out of their way to assist with extending my stay until I was well enough to travel. Great location and cafe across the street

Terrible

The location is not in the best neighborhood at all. The pool was dirty. The internet and the TV do not work. The owners did not answer my calls. They emailed me asking how check-in went. I responded that things weren't working and I was trying to get in touch with them and they never responded to that. When I text them, she did not answer me and he literally told me, "I cannot help you." They praise themselves on responding "within minutes," but they never did. They don't. Do NOT waste your money here...It's literally the biggest waste.

Terrible Experience

I've used VRBO so many times before with all great experiences.. This was NOT that experience. The day before my reservation I reached out to the property manager asking for check-in details - no response. So I reached out again the morning of my check-in asking for check-in details - again, no response. I showed up to my place at dusk in an unfamiliar neighborhood with all my luggage (and a single lady!) and it was locked. I called VRBO who gave me the 3 phone options for the property manager. All 3 numbers ended up at a voicemail that was full. VRBO finally was able to get me into my room after an hour of waiting outside in the heat and sun going down so after a day of travel I was feeling very defeated not knowing if I would ever get it. It took several phone calls and text messages later and 24 hours later before the property manager would allow me to have a code to continue to use the property. Honestly... the stress ruined my trip and I had a hard time focusing on the class I was meant to be focusing on because all I could think of the first day was "will I ever get a code sent to me to get back into my room?". SUPER disappointing. The check-in process and communications area of the survey would have been a 0 if that was an option. The survey required at least 1 star be checked.
