I HAVE A CANCELLATION FROM A REPEAT GUEST for health issues. Also, we have lost almost all of our Canadian guests. I lowered the price by $80 a night from $179 rather than going vacant & don't expect it to be available for too long, so grab it. It’s available for February and again from April 1st.

Guests must be 35 years or older (although not an adult community) and dog/s cannot exceed 35 pounds in weight. An HOA By-law or agreement like many other HOAs. For the safety of all Immunizations, proof & ownership are needed. If the dog's weight is a little over, please message me.
Dogs must be low or non-shedding, non-chewing, certainly trained & housebroken with no behavioral issues—$ 8.25 per night. Puppies are not permissible.
Not suitable for a 3rd adult. $9 per night extra for a kid. A Toddler/kid bed is available. The maximum age is preschool one Child or grandchild.
The bathroom has a relaxing tub or you can unwind on the outdoor Spa. A Large Jacuzzi/Whirlpool, Hot Tub with five jets. Heating Is Extra for the Hot tub or the Pool either one heated with Propane. Pricing depends on delivery & gas prices. Request at least 5 days prior to arrival & requires prepayment of $125, similar to other home rentals. Pay only for the actual usage. Smoking is permitted ONLY in the outside patio and pool area.
Like many other properties, HOA requires an STRA (Short-Term Rental Agreement) prior to arrival. To do this we must have guests’ names and IDs. No substitutions are permissible.An HOA By-law or agreement. HOA’s need Owners to retain copies of IDs for all overnight guests for their entire stay, after repeated noise issues & damage. They are certainly not provided to any HOA or anybody else.
Don’t struggle with the bitter, bone-chilling cold, winds & snow. LIFE IS SHORT. ENJOY YOUR MONEY when you still can/mobile and get around. If you don’t the Children and Grandchildren will squander it
