We were quite disappointed with the staff.
We booked the villa for 3 nights. The WiFi was not working as we arrived. The staff promised it would be fixed in that afternoon. But she kept pushing the deadline and finally it was fixed on the LAST night we stayed so basically we never have a chance to use the gadgets in the house as they will need WiFi. What worse is the air-conditioner in the living room was broken the whole time. At first we thought that we need to give it some time to bring the temperature down. But after the firsrt night, we knew it was not working properly. It was running but it was never cooling down. We reported to the staff. Then she said that it was working when we checked in. But the truth is, it's impossible for us to know the air-conditioning was not working when we JUST ARRIVED! We asked them to fix it, but again, it was not fixed in the whole trip. What's worse is that they charged us electricity. It was not a problem if everything was working and fine. But when the air-conditioner, which its consumption should be a big part of the bill, was down, at least you would give a discount. But they did not.
We were quite disappointed with the service of the staff honestly. We need to chase her to get everything down. We came here for a holiday, not working. We don't expect we would have to follow up everything by ourselves.
The owner of the house is very kind and helpful. I really appreciate that.
