About Zoe Tsakonas

I am born and raised in Montreal...a true Montrealer at heart!

I absolutely love exploring and discovering my city and new neighborhoods. I enjoy walking especially on Mont Royal (our Central Park) and around some of our iconic neighbourhoods Le Plateau Mont Royal, Old Montreal, Westmount to name a few. Enjoy discovering new eateries, bakeries and coffee shops. Would love to help you with great suggestions to almost anything regarding Montreal and can recommend some neat road trips not to far from here as well.

Please do not hesitate to ask.

Enjoy very much helping guests and travelers make the best of their stay and visit to Montreal.

Why Zoe Tsakonas chose Côte-des-Neiges

I have lived in NDG for 30 years and absolutely adore this neighbourhood and as well this house. I love all the pretty tree lined streets with huge mature trees that look different every season. The trees add so much character and beauty as do all of the century old homes to this very unique neighbourhood. They have so much charm and are all architecturally unique and built with such detail. I just love old neighborhoods. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do even if it is only for a few days!

The neighborhood is filled with parks, cafes, restos, different ethic type eateries and bakeries, banks, steps to mass transit, bicycle paths, grocery stores and so much more all within minutes, steps and walking distance from my house.

Great safe and quiet neighborhood to take long or short walks in.

What makes this house unique

Century old Craftsman style house.

No lane therefore much more private, safer and quiet.

From the master bedroom looking out two large windows the view of the beautiful trees and the moon it's quiet pretty and not to mention the summer breeze that flows through the room. As well the moon lights simply lights up the room.

The very large and bright kitchen with cathedral style windows is another unique feature of the house. There are patio doors that lead to the deck from the kitchen. The kitchen is exceptionally ideal for cooking and hosting large family dinners and entertaining. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Very sastified

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Zoe's wonderful home with my wifes whole family for a milestone birthday. Zoe was awesome, very flexible with check in/out times. She checked in numerous times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Zoe also was more than willing to help me with planning things to do in the area since we were coming from a distance away. Would be more than happy to rent from zoe again in the future. Thank you very much Zoe.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location

  • 5 of 5

There were 7 individuals in our extended family who stayed at the home in late February 2018. Zoe was warm, helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home had everything we could need and was immaculate. We loved the location - central in Montreal, and the neighbourhood is absolutely charming. We walked every day, exploring the neighbourhood with many interesting shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. We would return to this home without hesitation for our next visit to Montreal.

Wonderful 3 family Thanksgiving

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a fabulous time at your place. The kids loved the yard, front room and kitchen area. They spent quite a bit of time in the park as well.

There was plenty of room for our 3 families. Sue and I enjoyed the quiet of the master bedroom. We all walked to Monkland Village and enjoyed the the shops.

Everyone wants to come back. I certainly hope we can.

Great Stay!!

  • 5 of 5

We were a party of 5 women and we had a wonderful time at this house and the Montreal area. Zoe was very helpful with suggestions! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms nice and bright. We liked how close the house was to the metro and bus. I didn't realize how widespread Montreal is, good thing we had a few of the girl's that had been here before. The last night we went to the casino, A MUST SEE! It's Gorgeous! And Of course by the time we figured everything out, it was time to go home. Would highly recommend!
