About Zoe Tsakonas

I am born and raised in Montreal...a true Montrealer at heart!

I absolutely love exploring and discovering my city and new neighborhoods. I enjoy walking and love to walk on Mont Royal (our Central Park), Le Plateau Mont Royal, Old Montreal, Westmount and much more. Love discovering new eateries, bakeries and coffee shops. Would love to help you with great suggestions to almost anything regarding Montreal and can recommend some neat road trips not to far from here as well.

Please do not hesitate to ask.

I want and wish nothing more then for you to have an incredible and memorable time in my city.

That is my goal.

Zoe Tsakonas purchased this house in 2006

Why Zoe Tsakonas chose C“te-des-Neiges

I have lived in NDG for 25 years and really enjoy this neighborhood and as well this house.I love all the pretty tree lined street. They were definitely a huge selling point for me. The trees add so much character as do most of the houses in this neighborhood which are at least 100 years old. They have so much charm and are all architecturally unique and built with such detail. I just love old neighborhoods. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do even if it is only for a few days!

The neighborhood is filled with parks, cafes, restos, different ethic type eateries and bakeries, banks, steps to mass transit, bicycle paths, grocery stores and so much more all within minutes, steps and walking distance from my house.

Great safe and quiet neighborhood to take long or short walks in.

What makes this house unique

There are many unique features one being that there is no lane. Although I really enjoy walking up and down lanes I prefer not having one myself. Much safer and quieter.

From the master bedroom looking out two large windows the view of the beautiful trees and the moon it's quiet pretty and not to mention the summer breeze that flows through the room. As well the moon lights simply lights up the room.

The very large and bright kitchen with cathedral style windows is another unique feature of the house. There are patio doors that lead to the deck from the kitchen. The kitchen is exceptionally ideal for cooking and hosting large family dinners and entertaining. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Wonderful 3 family Thanksgiving

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a fabulous time at your place. The kids loved the yard, front room and kitchen area. They spent quite a bit of time in the park as well.

There was plenty of room for our 3 families. Sue and I enjoyed the quiet of the master bedroom. We all walked to Monkland Village and enjoyed the the shops.

Everyone wants to come back. I certainly hope we can.

Great Stay!!

  • 5 of 5

We were a party of 5 women and we had a wonderful time at this house and the Montreal area. Zoe was very helpful with suggestions! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms nice and bright. We liked how close the house was to the metro and bus. I didn't realize how widespread Montreal is, good thing we had a few of the girl's that had been here before. The last night we went to the casino, A MUST SEE! It's Gorgeous! And Of course by the time we figured everything out, it was time to go home. Would highly recommend!

Clean and great location

  • 3 of 5

As many reviewers said, the location of the house was great. The house was filled with characters and clean. However, few of the beds are not in good conditions and I would suggest owner to replacement them. The owner was nice and friendly but I wouldn't recommend the house for family with too many kids(more than 3) as they created too much noises for owner who live down stairs in the house.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It was very nice to meet you and your family and I am truely sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as you probably had anticipated. I'm sorry you feel that my house was not suitable for more then 3 children. I would like to point out that you originally booked for 5 adults and 3 children and when you arrived you were 7 adults and 5 children instead. I had to explain that jumping, running and stomping up and down the stairs was not permitted because I share the firewall with my neighbor and the noise would need to be minimized. I often have families and groups with many children. I have to be very considerate towards my neighbor since my house is a semidetached and wouldn't want her to complain about the noise to me.

Could not have been better.

  • 5 of 5

Spacious with 5 bedrooms and a perfect location for walks and restaurants. The parking space was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen held all 8 of us. Some of us even had time to enjoy the patio. You could not go wrong booking this place.
