Good would stay again

The condo is located inside of a secure gated resort and that alone makes you feel absolutely safe. The condo is quite large and comfortable the down side the mattress in the master has deep body impressions needs to be replaced. we actually rotated it ourselves thinking it would help but it would help but it didn’t

Great Resort, but problems with Condo

Our three-bedroom condo was clean and spacious, but we had no Internet the first four days of our stay. The washing machine I was also broken most of the week. They never collected our trash all week either. Reunion is a very pretty resort and we always enjoy the water park and amenities.

Awesome property

Beautiful spacious well decorated unit. My family felt right at home here. The only downside was entering the Reunion resort took 30 minutes as there was a long line at the gate. Not the owner's fault, but something to consider in planning out your stay. We ordered grubhub food delivery and they also got stuck waiting a long time at the gate so our food arrived cold. They provide just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so either pack some or use google maps to find the route to CVS. CVS and Dunkin Donuts are in walking distance of this property.

Disappointed.

Had to call and wait on hold for a long period to have mandatory voucher sent to access check in. Should be automatically sent. NO ability to enter water park was given until multiple attempts to reach property manager and a drive to Reunion guest services who said they can do nothing to help as property was not rented through them. Hold times over 30 minutes with no answer until we selected the option of being interested in renting rather than current guest. Again, those water park codes should be sent and ready to use immediately upon arrival!? We spent hours trying to obtain. Also, we were told that we would have to ask others at the pool (if there was anyone there?) to open the gate for us as there were only 30 key cards available and none were free for our use but we could go on a waiting list?! (And besides, “we now had water park access.” ??!!) Florida Vacation Homes manages ~180 properties and they offer only 30 key cards for pool entry!??! Wha?! To note, the resort since last year has installed guards to pool area gates to make reach over entry difficult. And honestly, who wants to look like they are accessing a pool to which they have no right. Many of those at the pool are regulars and question heavily those entering. Do not rent properties with pool access and then leave people with no legitimate way to access!! And have ready EVERYTHING needed that has been paid for UPON ARRIVAL. The guest should not be forced to hunt these things down. Regarding the property itself. The beds are VERY hard. And the pillows so thin we stacked multiple.. Time to upgrade!! There was a huge pile of black hair in the bathroom on top of the shower mat. Let’s just say, deep cleaning is not happening. Overall ... you can find a better property. And do not go through Florida Vacation Homes but rather Reunion, if you choose to stay here.

Good apartment, poor service

Our stay was on September and october 2021, the apartment was lets say alright, except for some details like the chairs on the dinningroom and the kitchen, most of them with broken legs, we only could use three chairs. Some lamps were missing the shades. Our over all stay experience was not up to the price we payed. The information for the trash disposal was wrong, the notice on the apartment said we should put the trash bags out on the front door on mondays for somebody to collect them, but nobody came, we called customer service and they told us we shouldn't do that because the owner might get fined, instead we should have the trash ready and call them so they would send somebody to collect the trash (bye the way they told us somebody would come inside the apartment to take the trash in case we were not home at the moment, wich seemed a bit odd to me) When we called, they told us that information was also wrong and that we should take the trash to the dumpsters ourselves, when we asked about the location of the dumpters every customer service agent told us diferente things, so we had to drive all over the resort to try and find the dumpster. Anyway it was not an easy thing to figure out between wrong information, wrong directions, bad service and poor Quality on some things inside the apartment. And finally, the internet service was off for several days due to some damage on I don't know where, so we ended up with almost no connection or cell pone signal,(because aparently all cell carriers have bad signal all over the resort) it might not be something the resort can do mucho about but it certainly added to our average (or below average) experience.

Spacious condo

This condo has enough space for a family of 6. Enough space for everyone to have down time after long and fun days. Access to pools and the amenities make this place a great option. Some of the furnishings in this unit needed replaced (breakfast stools, tv picture was not great) but nothing than limited our enjoyment.

Reunion Resort - the place to stay

Our three bedroom condo was a top quality unit. The resort was impressive with multiple pools, golf courses and places to eat. The location was near Disney World.

We really loved this condo

We stayed at this condo last December for 8 days and we had a great time. It was just myself and my husband and 2 boys aged 2 and 1. The condo was a great layout for families with children with the 2 guset rooms furthest from living room area so they could sleep and nap in peace. The location was also great right next to the heated pool and splash pad and the resort itself is great location close to Disney parks and other toddler attractions like Green Meadows Farm (which my kids loved). The furniture in the condo felt new and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The owners had a stroller, pack n play and highchair which were very useful for us. We only used highchair because we had rented a full size crib and double stroller for our trip already. Really have only positive things to say about this place and would definitly stay here again!
