Stay in the heart of Reunion Resort, walking distance to the Reunion Grande, and just minutes from Disney!

This lovely, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo has an open lay-out, a well equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Take a sip of your morning coffee while sitting on your patio enjoying the sceanic view!

This large rental condo is located at The Villas at Cabana Court and is located on the ground floor for easy access. It features a spacious living (with flat-screen TV) and dining (seats 8) area that is tastefully furnished.

Large sliding doors lead out to a private patio where you will find a table with seating for 4 plus an additional 2 patio chairs and side table.

The Primary en-suite bedroom includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom including a large walk-in shower, bathtub and dual sinks. The second bedroom contains a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and en-suite bath (tub/shower combo). The third bedroom has twin beds, flat TV, en-suite bath and large closet.

Also available in the condo is a washer and dryer and complimentary wireless internet access available throughout.

Reunion Resort is only 2 minutes from I-4 which will take you to the theme parks, outlet shops, malls, other restaurants, night life, etc. You are also only about 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater. Never a dull moment in Reunion!!

Please Note: If renting this property, you will have access to most community pools, the fitness center at Seven Eagles, restaurants and bars. Although you will not have access to the Reunion water park or golfing, there is an amazing water park at Margaritaville (just minutes away), and golfing at Champions Gate (right down the block).

Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and loved the outdoor seating area. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The beds could use new pillows and maybe a startup packet of complementary coffee for day 1. Overall, perfect accommodation and I would definitely rent again!

Great location.

Great location, easy to get to Disney properties. Property is next to the quiet pool which is very convenient. Property management is very easy to communicate with and they are prompt in their responses. Property is exactly as pictured, we would return.

Spring Break Baseball

Condo and property were perfect. The unit was only about 50 feet from the pool, and had everything we needed. We were down for a college baseball tournament and the property was well located for the different field locations. Plenty of choices for dining nearby as well as a Publix supermarket. My wife and I like to walk and the property was perfect for walking. Will definitely stay here again next year.

FUN IN THE SUN AT REUNION RESORT

We had a wonderful week at the Reunion Resort. It was hot, but we kept cool in the pools. Very handy to the Disney properties and all we wanted to do in Orlando. It was also located near hundreds of restaurants which made it very hard to choose where to eat. Love it and would come back again if we have a chance.

Great location and spacious!

We had a great week in Orlando, and this condo gave us a fabulous home base, with lots of space for our family. Everyone had their own space and a perfect communal space for hanging out. The only drawback, while the condo was very clean, the place was very damp, with a moldy scent that was prevalent when you first walk in. Kitchens and bathrooms were spotless, but the carpet could use a good clean. Overall, great stay!

This home was perfect. We traveled with our daughters and their husbands. Everyone had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Our commute to Disney and the surrounding attractions was fast and efficient. We would not change anything! So happy we stayed at this property and we would definitely stay again! Love Love!!

Great deal on this 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo

Good location, well priced. The only bad thing is that it seemed that they had washed the carpets right before we came in and it stunk like humidity in our condo for our entire stay. Other then that the condo is lightly equipped. For longer stay prepare bringing in or purchasing spices, extra toilet paper, etc.

Everything was wonderful. Liked the location! Anthony was quick to respond when vertical blind fell. He even came on a Sunday. Everything was super except the dryer. Didn’t care that it was problematic.. Everything was 5 star. Would stay there again! Thanks!

Beautiful condo on ground floor near pool. Had a fabulous experience except when we needed to report an issue with the ice maker, we found the local number provided was disconnected and we could not reach anyone (no answer) at the 877 number.

Could have been great, but...

This condo is tired and in need of a refresh. Pros: * Great location - easy access to parks (notwithstanding the horrible I-4 traffic) * bath for every bedroom * excellent parking/access * dehumidifier worked well - absolutely needed it * Very responsive to a minor maintenance request (light bulb) * King & queen mattresses were fine * excellent internet service Cons * mold in bathroom - mold stained shower curtain * Very musty smell in entire unit - just hits you when you walk in * Kitchen pots/pans were total junk - warped, etc. * hole in front door from a janky repair * Twin mattresses were poor quality * Stackable washer/dryer (non-vented type) worked fine, but have to run forever! Hours and hours of drying time.

We are in the process of updating the carpet to high-end, plank style flooring. Recently we did have a water issue resulting from the unit above. The carpets got wet and were professionally cleaned. To avoid this issue in the future, the new flooring is scheduled to be installed in early May. If there were issues with mold, unsure as to why this guest, who was in touch with us during their stay, would not have mentioned it – the cleaners would have been sent back immediately. Same with unsatisfactory kitchen items, we would have been happy to replace anything needed and are looking into that now. Communication is key. We are in touch with our guests and are local - available to address any request they may have during their stay.

Extremely disappointed , aggravating , frustrated.

Condo was clean however, in disrepair. Broken vertical blinds (no privacy, no screens in sliding glass doors. Bedding disgusting , Blood on blanket ( have pics). Uncomfortable mattresses and stiff scratchy sheets. Pillows yellow and lumpy . Outdoor patio filthy . Unbelievable. Official pics make it look good far from reality . We have rented in Reunion many times in the past years and never been so disappointed ! 5 star villa management finally relented to exchange our villa when I mentioned I had taken pics of the conditions which resulted in a favorable outcome .. my husband has been recuperating from a serious illness and there was no possible way we could have remained in the original condo. It was an exhausting experience . There has to be some quality control inspection to assure that the residence is maintained and up to the standards for Reunion Resort properties .

First, we’d like to state that this condo is EXACTLY as pictured. Upon arrival these guests actually commented on how clean the unit was. Shortly after, they started to complain that the sliding glass door out to the patio had no screen. We explained that this unit does not have a screened door because they are frequently left open with the AC running, which is not only bad for the AC unit, but also the owner, and even the environment. They then claimed that the AC was not working properly, but once we informed them that the AC is a brand-new unit installed less than a month ago, they moved on to try and find/create other things to complain about. Please look at all the previous reviews on this lovely condo. In today’s online environment, we rely on truthful and honest feedback. It’s unfortunate that some abuse this platform to deliberately harm a brand, service or product, but that’s the world we live in today.

The property we booked (and the one I’m being asked to review) was unavailable due to aircon issues so we were offered alternative accommodation close by. Five Star Villas communicated well and in a timely manner but I can’t honestly review the original property because we didn’t stay there…

I am sorry that you feel this luxurious condo was only worth a 3 star review. Had you mentioned something about a smell during your lengthy stay we could have addressed it and rectified the situation. As far as toilet paper, we leave a generous supply of toiletries, paper products as well as dish detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags. We notify guests in their arrival instructions and welcome letter that you are responsible after the initial supply runs out. You were in the property for two weeks so yes, that initial supply of toilet paper would most likely run out. I hope you consider staying with us again. Five Star Villas Property Management

Highly recommend for a Disney vacation getaway

Perfect place to relax after a long day at Disney World. Close to the parks but just away enough to really get the chance to relax from all the commotion of Disney area. I was so impressed with how smooth everything went from checking a price, placing a reservation, making payment, providing directions to the property. Quick response to any questions and when we mentioned if there was a step stool in the unit they went the extra mile to purchase one and have it placed in the unit before our arrival. Such a beautiful area with paths for jogging and a swimming pool located just steps away from our porch. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Unit, Great Resort

The information about the condo did not exaggerate as the unit was just as described, lovely in all aspects and located on a wonderful facility. We were able to make use of the restaurants at the resort, both of which provided wonderful dining while the steakhouse offers spectacular views from its terrace and excellent service. The kids used the water park, the main pool was convenient and excellent, and while we did not make use of the secondary pools we were within steps of one just outside our unit. The location is convenient to the highway and about 6 miles from Disney, but further from Universal which was our main destination. Our stay during spring break week, of course, made traffic to the parks very tough but this is not a reflection on Reunion and we always knew that when we finally returned to the condo it would be welcoming and relaxing. There was nothing missing to make if a home away from home. We did experience a problem with our dryer which the on site manager (Cesar) did his best to resolve, and the property manager (Five Star Villas) provided us with a credit to compensate for the inconvenience. Cesar was always responsive to our issue and the main office was exceptional in their customer service and in resolving the issue after our return. Eileen at the main office provided the most exceptional customer service. This is definitely a firm I will use again for this type of accomodation.

Absolutely loved it!

This property was beautiful and spacious. The resort is wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone. The owners were great and very accommodating. We were extremely pleased with our entire stay. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
