The place was just as described. It was very clean and very kid friendly. We just didn’t know we had to request the pool to be heated 48 hours in advance. Very close to Disney and all the attractions. Everything we could need was there on site. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Great experience will definitely use again.

We had a great stay! The house was a short walk to Disney and we could even watch some of the fireworks from the backyard. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation!

Great spot for Disney and surrounding area

We did two days at Disney and two days visiting friends around Orange County and found this to be a great location and great house. Super comfortable with great amenities. The pool and little extras were fun for the kids and everything else was comfortable for the adults. Check in was super easy and getting to Disney each day and around the area was great.

Close enough

Great house with all of the necessary amenities.. we were comfortable, pool and could see Disneyland fireworks. Other than Disneyland , not enough close by but was perfect for our stay. Excellent response time and host.

Perfect for Family Disney Trip

Just perfect for our family of seven. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to Disney and we walked to downtown Disney no problem. Lyft ride was cheap too.

Anaheim Getaway

This property was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Our visit was driven by events occurring at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was incredibly close to the center and also to Disney. It was nice to have access to Downtown Disney. Property Owner was very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend this location.

Great location to Disneyland

Great location near Disneyland, even came back after a full day at Disneyland, rested & returned back for the fireworks & last rides! We could even see the fireworks from the bedroom windows:) very cute decorations inside!!

Great location for Disney!

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as described and we were able to walk to the security checkpoint for Downtown Disney in under 20 min each day. The walk is easy with sidewalks the entire way. Would definitely stay here again.

Would stay here again

Really cute house love the layout. Only issue was the property manager was a bit difficult compared to most. Still had a blast and would come back. The walk to Disney was further than I realized but still one of the closest you can get.

Amazing property

Had an amazing time at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. The place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in and had everything we needed. JP and the owners were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable stay convenient to Disneyland

The house is comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is super convenient, within walking distance, to the Disney parks. The property management team provided great communication and was very responsive. Overall a great visit!

Perfect Disney Vacation home

Only 5min from Disney so easy to come back for middle of the day naps and pool time. We were able to have groceries delivered with Amazon fresh. The Disney themed home decor was so fun and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family.

Fun and comfortable

So clean, so fun. Girls enjoyed the pool and bunkroom. I appreciated the kitchen. Lots of sitting room in living room. I would definitely rent again. It was so convenient to disneyland.

This property is unique due to its close proximity to Disneyland and also the large pool and backyard. The cul-de-sac is very quite and family oriented.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*City mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

*No parties or events are allowed
*Optional Pool Heating- Additional fee applies
