The space was the perfect size for my family of 5 and the proximity to the Disneyland parks/downtown Disney was only about 7 minute walk if you cut across Walnut street (about 20 if you follow gps). The home was clean and having a washer and dryer after riding water rides was a total bonus. There were spare sheets in the laundry room that appeared to have some stains (did not use) but other than that it was very nice and the instructions and communication from property management was clear and concise. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Disney - Yes!!!

Great location! Great accommodation! Great stay! The unit was excellent in itself. I would add that the HOA needs to do some work on the pool area. Many broken chairs and other guests not abiding by the pool area rules, making it not as fun for the rest. I would not necessarily reflect this on the unit itself, but should be noted.

Great location , soft beds

Been at this condo 2 times now and prefer it over most. Beds are pretty comfy if you like soft. Large couch and dining table, new fridge ! Unfortunately there were a few questionable mold spots and the dryer wasn’t working so that was a bummer .

Everything we needed

We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and close proximity to Disneyland. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram which takes you right to the main gate.

Even more convenient than expected

Our family of 6 stayed for two weeks in April 2025. We knew from the listing that it would be close to the Disney Parks, but it was so close that our kids could see fireworks from their bedroom window! We knew from the listing that there would be some limited supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc) but the condo was fully stocked with massive liquid hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods trash bags, Pantene shampoos and conditioners in both showers, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, even spices in the kitchen, etc. There were glass plates and cups as well as plastic plates and cups and everything we needed for the couple of days we prepared food there. We received the door code prior to arriving in our email and the team also reached back out before check in to make sure it hadn't gone to our spam folder. No need to pick up keys. Finding the assigned parking spot was a little confusing, especially after a long travel day, but wasn't super far from the unit. The unit could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But overall we were very happy with our stay. We often stay at rentals when we travel and the mattress in the master bedroom is the most comfortable we have ever found at a rental! We would definitely stay again!

Great location

The beds and bedrooms upstairs were just as advertised. The living room couch/ sleeping area is ready to be replaced. You cant beat this location for Disneyland access. 10 minute walk (or less) to downtown Disney. We went back and forth several times a day.

Excellent location, comfortable, and clean

The property is a 15 minute walk to Disney. It’s an older unit so a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. So nice to have a kitchen, living room and separate bedrooms. The property manager was great - I messaged to say that one of the cupboards said there was a waffle iron in it, but there wasn’t. I was more just letting them know so I wasn’t charged for it and instead they dropped off a new one. My kids were thrilled to have Mickey-shaped waffles. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow about the property. I would recommend it as a great family option instead of sharing one hotel room.

Nice stay, but could use some updating.

The master bedroom was great, but the kids room needs some attention. The place looks slightly different from the pictures, but that is just paint related. It's a spacious place for the four people we had. My biggest gripe was the one-ply toilet paper! Walking distance to Disney, but we felt like taking a Lyft to and from to not wear ourselves out. Definitely the right decision. Cost around 6-8 a ride. Appreciate the kitchen being stocked with silverware, plates, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Cute and close to Disney!

We loved our stay and could walk to downtown Disney across the street. The unit is older, but well kept and perfect for our family.

Not as advertised...

Although this property is close, its still not walking distance to Disney. The location is in a questionable apartment complex. Very run down and dirty. The dwelling smelled like wet dog. We had to go and buy frebreeze and spray disenfectant to spray the beds, couches, pillows, and carpets. Smell still didnt go away. Pillows were stained. Roaches in the kitchen. When we showed up at 4pm for checkin, the place was not ready and someone was parked in our reserved spot. Spend the extra money and stay at one of the hotels.wet dog. We had

Great Disney Location!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a few nights so we could enjoy Disneyland! It was a great location and we would definitely stay again! We appreciate that we were able to book it on short notice and the complication and cleanliness was impressive.

Southern California Home Away from Home

From the moment we stepped foot into the townhouse, we knew it was perfect and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The 3 bathrooms make it perfect for multi family members to get ready nice and quick in the mornings! The location of this unit is conveniently located to the main Anaheim attraction: Disneyland & Disney California Adventure. We simply Crossed the road to Magic Way and took Disneyland Drive to the Disneyland hotel and entered the Downtown Disney District. Less than a 10 minute walk. We took full advantage of the Monorail. The unit is a mere 4 minutes away from Food 4 Less. Starbucks is located in the same shopping complex. Places like Costco, Target and Walmart are about a 15 minute drive depending on flow of traffic. Took advantage of all of those stores. CVS and Walgreens are close by as well. The beds were all comfortable, except for the sofa bed in the living room… I believe it’s time to start looking at a new one. The well functioning laundry room was super duper helpful. Recommend you to purchase your own detergent for the duration of your stay. The garberator was helpful as a kitchen clean up tool. I’m not a fan of gas stovetops, as I prefer an electric stovetop but I managed. The burners heat up quick FYI. The patio is cozy with the table and BBQ. The ice machine attached to the fridge is a LIFESAVER! I would recommend if previous users leave behind useful items to leave them for the next occupants of the unit… spread the love.

Not Quite As Described - But Still Fine

Pros: -LOCATION- Such a convenient location. It really is a 15 minutes walk to the gates of Disneyland. Beware you will hear fireworks and they will be loud. -EASY CHECK IN/OUT -COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT CONS NOT AS PICTURED- The pictures are outdated which was a bummer. A selling point for me on this property was that in the pictures they feature multiple Disney princess dresses - however there were no dresses and there was random bedding shoved up in the closet cubby area. This bedding didn't look like it belonged in the room and we weren't even sure if it was clean since it wasn't folded. The TV in the room with the bunkbeds turned on but we couldn't get it to work otherwise. There was water damage to the door in the upstairs guest bath. There were strollers just hanging out in the laundry room - and we didn't rent a stroller for this trip so it was weird that they were just sitting there. They did have a pack and play for our infant but the mattress was plastic. I was not expecting that. We also could only find (1) sheet for the pack and play and it appeared to be ripped. I would rent in this condominium area again, but not sure I would rent this specific unit again.

Great place. The only thing was a week before i asked if we could check in at 3 and the text said to check with you at 2 on the day. I texted about 2 and she said she would check where the cleaning staff were and she said she was still checking and would get back to me.. At 15 to 3 we were at the condo and no answer. No cleaning staff so i called and spoke to a manager who said if no one there she would change the code and to go right in which we did. Obviously the cleaning staff had been done for awhile.

Great Location for a Disneyland Get Away

Location is close enough to walk to Disneyland. Older property that is showing its age. Could use some updates but would consider staying again if returning to Disneyland.

3rd trip was great!!

This is the third time our family has stayed at the under the sea since 2012. We love the location, the things in the house like plenty of extra paper towels, soap, towels for the pool, etc. We didn’t use them this time because our kids are older, but we love that there is strollers and lots of things for children in the house. The couch is comfortable but it could be updated. (Not as comfortable as it was 12 years ago). We were sad that the Mickey waffle iron disappeared. My kids loved that before. But all in all. We love this place and would definitely come here again and again for all our Disney trips.
