Beautiful renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Destin Florida beach condo vacation rental. Budget friendly so that you can enjoy more on your family vacation and less on a place to sleep! All of the comforts of home available to you in your home away from home.
Our property is about 3/4 mile walk to the beach. It is located on the North side of highway 98.
Our space is 800 square feet. It has one private bedroom with a queen bed. In the main living area is a couch with queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots & pans, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, measuring cups & spoons. Ninja blender, electric skillet, crockpot, mixer and so much more. The kitchen is open into the main living area.
We have an outdoor patio for morning coffee and it sits along a small lake filled with turtles. The bathroom includes a tub/shower unit for the littles. Our unit is best enjoyed as a party of 2, but you can enjoy it with 1-2 children.
There is an in unit washer & dryer located in a closet on the outside patio. Beach items are also stored in this closet.
Guests will have access to the entire condo. Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and a few sand toys.

We purchased our little place in the fall of 2013 and have been a vacation property host for 10 years. This is our first time trying VRBO, but are definitely not new to hosting guests!

We chose this neighborhood because we felt there was a need for vacation rentals that were budget friendly. Not every person vacations the same so no vacation rental should be the same.
Our place is not located on the beach it is across from the beach. âOn the beachâ rentals fetch a high nightly charge but not everyone wants to pay such a premium to sleep. If you are doing your vacation right you are at the beach or exploring all Destin has to offer. Spend your vacation budget on an excursion or shopping or eating out!
Our little place is perfect for couples or smaller families. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys for a day at the beach. We always go to Henderson Beach State Park which is 1 mile from our place. The most beautiful beach in Destin with no condos behind you!
We provide all the âon the beachâ amenities just not on the beach. The complex is older, but our unit is exactly as the pictures show. It is clean and well appointed with an up to date fully stocked kitchen and new in 2023 furniture in the living area. We include an in unit washer and dryer as well! There is a charcoal grill outside and a lake where you can feed the turtles or even fish! (Catch release only)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
I think our budget friendly spot is ideal for young families to vacation because we have 3 pools in the complex, a lake that you can fish in or feed the turtles. The condo faces east so in the morning so you get the sun on the patio but in the afternoon it is shaded which is a welcome reprieve after the all day beach sun! Our unit is steps away from water no matter where you turn. Some steps are just longer than others! The lake and pools make it unique with palm trees and tall southern pines. All pools are new in 2023!
