Beautiful and Comfortable Farm for Family Rest

Exclusive for family groups. Not rent for parties. Ideal for 12 people, maximum of 15 people including children.

House with 1 suite (double bed + TV), 1 bedroom (double bed) + 1 mezzanine (2 single beds + double sofa bed), living room with fireplace, TV and table for games, SINUCA table. Equipped kitchen. Barbecue / 'cottage with vertical freezer, complete equipment for barbecue, suite with 2 bunk beds. Pool masonry with table, chairs, sun loungers.

Camp (small) lawn for soccer, volleyball, etc ...

Pets are welcome! Billiard table.

Chacara waterfront, all alambrada (access padlocked the river).

Final de semana de descanso e lazer

A casa é sensacional! Ampla, limpa, paisagem incrível, piscina enorme. Os adultos descansaram bastante e as crianças aproveitaram muito! Até nossos pets se divertiram! O proprietário é muito solícito e o caseiro é uma das pessoas mais simpáticas que já conheci. Totalmente indico esse lugar!!! Eu e minha família adoramos e já queremos voltar :)

Depois que fui a 1 vez, se pudesse iria todos finais de semana... feriados....simplesmente uma delicia!!! Amamos o sítio....e meus cachorros amam mais que nós 1000 vezes!!! 50 min de São Jose dos Campos

Ótima casa, tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. O atendimento do proprietário foi sem burocracias, (já tínhamos alugado esta chácara em 2011 e resolvemos voltar) e resolvemos voltar. Para quem tem cachorro é um ótimo lugar também, pois o local permite. O caseiro Cleandro é uma pessoa fora do comum, muito prestativo, educado e humilde. Já estamos pensando na próxima oportunidade.

Chácara com boa estrutura, beira rio, jardim bem conservado, piscina grande, churrasqueira. Tudo muito limpo, o caseiro Cleandro é muito educado e prestativo. Nos sentimos seguros. Fica a 13 minutos do asfalto. Ótima opção para se hospedar com a família ou amigos. Atendimento do proprietário nota dez.
