Amazing location in the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood. Short drive to all the hot restaurants and bars in Olde Town Arvada. Quick 15 min drive to Golden w/ beautiful parks/trails and the absolute must visit Golden Mill Brewery w/ amazing BBQ! Or enjoy a tasty meal and margs at the neighborhood lakefront Mexican restaurant with breathtaking views of Hidden Lake!
Nice neighborhood, the neighbors were really nice and we felt safe. The house is clean and close to a lot of things. As with any house rental, the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable but they did the job. Overall an amazing stay!
Great communication with the owners. Super easy check in, and out. Nice house in a pretty quite neighborhood. It is not far from downtown, and a lot of activities.
We loved the location and the fact that the house had areas to sit outside. Because it rain a lot while we were there. The rooms were cozy and the main area was wide open. Overall experience was good!
Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. Every need was met. We all loved it.This was definitely a cheerful comfortable home, was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to have something to hang clothes on downstairs and grab bars at the tubs. But then we were 2 couples in late 70s and 80s with medical issues.
The house was exactly as shown. Nina was great to work with. Only issue I had was the bedrooms and living room lighting was not very bright (difficult if youâre a book reader). Place is great overall.
The house is in a safe neighborhood. It worked out well for us to have a home base. Good location to travel to Boulder, Breckenridge, Golden, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs, Red Rock was a short drive to see John Fogerty in concert đ and Estes Park . We enjoyed our visit to Colorado .
Check-in was easy. Host was communicative. A couple of drawbacks to the property. First, neither bathroom has a working lock on the door. If you are staying with multiple people (as we were) in the house, this is definitely an inconvenience. Secondly, the lid on the coffee pot does not attach. Which if you are like us and consume coffee every morning, sometimes itâs hard to remember you have to physically hold the lid on the coffee pot so the whole pot of hot coffee doesnât pour all over the counter. Overall not a bad stay, good location and quiet street, just a couple of drawbacks.
This home met our needs perfectly. The home was exceptionally clean - every room. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and equipment and then some. Plenty of coffee in the cupboard! Basic spices were there. The refrigerator was sparkling clean and worked perfectly. The furniture was comfy, the beds were comfy. There's even a small First Aid box available. By the way, your Neosporin has expired. I left it on the counter. (My elderly mother fell and scraped her arm so I had to rifle through the box to find a bandaid.)The basement room was really cold, according to the guest who slept down there, and guests are not permitted to adjust the thermostat. For the rest of the house, however, the temp was fine. There are stairs at the exterior front of the house and inside the house. (If I have one suggestion it is to get an exterior light that stays on longer to allow for those who are slow to climb up the stairs at night.)The shower in the main bathroom upstairs is great. It's a soaking tub with an adjustable-flow shower spout. Very roomy! The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to find. Parking is in the driveway.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Would definitely stay there again.
