Gorgeous Arvada home-Fenced yard-Pet Friendly-Hot Tub

Escape to Lamar Heights, where rustic charm meets modern luxuries. This home features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a large soaking tub in one of the two full bathrooms, and a private yard with an outdoor dining area and hot tub. Nearby, explore downtown Arvada's shops and restaurants or fish at nearby Hidden Lake. Enjoy a cozy haven with high-speed internet, central A/C, and smart TVs, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

Bed Configuration:
Main bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and soaking tub
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
1 full bathroom

*Please note there is a long-term tenant that lives in the basement. They have a separate entrance and side yard. Please be cognizant and keep noise to a minimum.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Amazing Denver Getaway

The house was super cute, clean and had everything we needed. I will say that I had no idea someone was living in the basement, until I read the reviews after we had checked in. It needs to be at the very top and highlighted. We travel to CO for soccer, multiple times per year. We do VRBO’s, so they kids can be kids. We felt like we had to tip toe around, bc the floors were loud. And we didn’t want to disrupt. But I will say, they didn’t bother us at all. Super quiet, didn’t even know they were there until we saw the door on the outside. And I started looking at the listing and found that information. Overall beautiful house great location.

Great little place with some hiccups

We loved the place. Great location, super convenient, and very clean. The hot tub was also a bonus. The reason for lower stars is there were a few bugs, especially at night, and we had plumbers/maintenance workers in the house while we were not home. We were not notified they would be there and then the bathtub was no longer accessible without communication from the property manager. They did let us check in early, which was amazing and we were grateful for that. Overall, would stay again but would love more communication regarding when people are in the house or coming to fix issues we were unaware about. Especially when valuables and other items are left around the house

An Arvada Jewel!

I highly recommend this adorable Arvada home. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location. The home is well-stocked. They anticipated everything we could need. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate the holidays. We hope to stay in this jewel again!

Arvada Thanksgiving

Stayed as this is close to my sisters and I have two tiny dogs. All together nice property and quiet. There is a tenant below but they were very quiet. I just think my only complaint is….downstairs tenant should have been in bold on the listing. It was only in the fine print disclaimer.

Tje check in and price was excellent along with the property location. Only dissapointments were the creaky cold kitchen floor, the maze of light switches and fan remotes and burried info about having a long term basement tennat with the foors are so loud

Nice Property; Worked For Us

The property was clean and adequate for the purpose of our visit. The home was neat and clean and adequately stocked with supplies and kitchen stuff. As we spent quite a bit of time at the property, we found the living room furniture somewhat sparse and lacking in comfort and the master bed was very low to the ground. The location suited our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed this newly upgraded house. It is very comfortable. Beds are comfy. I loved the comfort toilets which are higher. The lighted vanity mirror in the master bath are an added bonus. Nice big backyard with hot tub. I would recommend adding patio furniture to relax in. There is a table with chairs not comfortable at all. The yard needs a sofa and chairs on the patio to sit back and relax. My only complaint is the lack of kitchen stuff in the kitchen. Not enough glassware and no steak knives for barbecued steak. I even bought silverware i.e. forks and spoons so eliminate washing them. There is plenty of spices etc. I did buy a small butcher block of knives. There is a family that lives downstairs and I did meet him. He was very pleasant. I think this property is very nice and I did enjoy the AC when temps got very hot. It was great walking in this neighborhood surrounded by a rec center and various parks. Great biking out my door to the Ralston Creek Trail etc. Very close to grocery and restaurants. The sliding glass screen fell of tracks a few times but I cleaned it and then it worked. I did use the outdoor BBQ too to grill burgers.

Cute rental and convenient location, but could use some upgrades

Reviewer Comments: Pros - Extremely clean, cute property which is decorated very nicely, great location that is close to lots of grocery stores/gas stations/etc., only a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver, clean and well maintained hot tub, they provide plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc for your stay. Cons - Grass was about 2 feet tall in the backyard and looked like it hadn’t been mowed in weeks, the lock on one of the bedroom doors did not work, very limited amount of cooking supplies in the kitchen, mattresses are hard as rocks and caused a few of us to struggle to sleep comfortably, there is not enough seating in the living room for 4 people to sit comfortably - the couch is very small and all 4 of us were on top of each other when relaxing in the living room, the permanent tenants that live downstairs were quiet and we never saw them but it made it a bit awkward for our stay - we felt like we had to be very careful about noise at all times and it just doesn’t feel as private as we would have liked. We knew about this factor beforehand, but don’t think that we would rent somewhere with another tenet staying there again.

Nice Place

We had a very nice stay at this property. House was clean and looks just like the pictures. I do want to mention that I believe people should be told this property is a duplex. At times we felt as though we needed to be quiet late at night to not disturb those below us.

The house is in a great location to explore Denver, Golden, Boulder and Colorado Springs. The unit has been completely updated. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space,TVs in bedrooms, and a relaxing hottub. There is a unit below which was not disclosed in the listing, but it was not an issue for us.

Not impressed

This was my first air b&b/vrbo experience and I will most likely be staying in a hotel from now on. It did not meet our cleanliness standards and the floor was dirty. I was hoping I had a place where I could let my infant crawl around on the floor and this was not the case. There was no dish soap/dish washer pods. None of the windows were locked. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Plus, the biggest turn off is that there are people downstairs and it is not a private home. I was wondering where the crying kids were coming from. This was not clearly marked in the description.
